| Territory of intervention: Activities must take place in at least 2 Different countries (EU Member States or countries associated with the CERV programme) Direct recipients: – Citizens and local communities (focus on young people, donne, migrants, people with disabilities) – Public officials and local administrators – Third sector operators active on civic participation and social inclusion – Equal opportunities bodies and anti-discrimination representatives Proposing subjects: – Municipalities/non-profit municipalities – Twinning committees or city networks – Other local/regional authorities – Federations/associations of local authorities – Non-profit organizations representing local authorities Partner subjects: Legal entities (public or private) established in eligible countries (The EU is associated with CERV). Third countries can also participate as associated partners (EU associates) Mandatory partnership: The consortium must include: – At least 4 beneficiary (no associated partners) – At least 4 Different countries (Of which at least 2 EU Member States) Necessary requirements: 1. EU contribution amount requested: mentioned EUR 100.000 (no maximum limit) 2. Project duration: 12-24 months. 3. Leader: non-profit municipality or non-profit body representing local authority. 4. The activities must take place in at least 2 Different eligible countries. 5. No financial support from third parties. Eligible expenses: The grant is flat rate (lump sum), calculated via Lump Sum Calculator on: – Number of direct participants (local + non-nationals) per event – Number of EU countries and associated third parties involved per event Eligible events: workshop, seminars, conferences, training, coaching, webinars, development and exchange of good practices, communication tools and social media Note: Costs for separate project websites are NOT eligible (only pages on the participants' websites/social networks) Ineligible expenses: – Financial support from third parties. – Separate project websites. – Costs for activities carried out before the project start date. – Participants who are EU officials.
