L’AdIM srl, professional training body accredited by the Campania Region, as part of the Youth Guarantee Training Catalogue, organizes a course within the catering sector.
Course presentation
The Chef Course aims to give a very specific creative predisposition on fundamental subjects such as leavening, Breadmaking, the pastry shop, Meats etc, so that aspiring chefs can create any type of recipe or launch themselves into their creativity where flavors and colors give great pleasure. The student, will learn all the basics and secrets of the trade resulting from long experience through direct practice. The course follows specific learning phases that make it professional in the culinary field. And with the inclusion of work-internships, many people who graduate find work and embark on a long career.
SUBJECTS
1. Be able to develop the menu and prepare the related dishes – 100 ore
2. maintain hygiene and safety conditions in the workplace - 50 ore
3. Be able to replenish supplies for a restaurant – 50 ore
Recipients
The course is open to N. 12 young people among the 18 and i 29 years participating in the Youth Guarantee initiative in Campania and in possession of the high school diploma or degree.
Methods of participation
Participation in the course is subject to the verification of the requirements of the training body.
Certificates
At the end of the course and after passing a final exam, a certificate of certificate of the skills acquired at national level will be issued. For the issue of the certification, the student is required is required to attend at least the 70% course.
