Submission of application to access the resources intended to support projects and initiatives of local relevance promoted by Third Sector bodies
| The Public Notice is part of the Program Agreement 2025-2027 between the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies and the Campania Region, in support of the territorial networks of the Third Sector. The initiative aims to promote and finance projects of local relevance presented by ODV, APS and Foundations, to respond to the needs of communities in line with welfare objectives, inclusion and sustainability of the Agenda 2030. Territory of intervention Entire territory of the Campania Region. Projects can have value municipal, supra-municipal, provincial, interprovincial or regional Requirements and Proposing Parties Volunteer Organizations (ODV)Social Promotion Associations (APS)Third Sector Foundations They must be registered with RUNTS (on the date of presentation and for the entire duration of the project); have its registered office and/or permanent operational headquarters in Campania; possibility of participating in only one project proposal (penalty). Volunteer Service Centers (CSV), social enterprises and social cooperatives non they can be proposing subjects, but they can only participate as free collaborators. Partnership Projects must be submitted, penalty, by a partnership made up of: Line A (Municipal and/or supra-municipal value) Scope of impact: The project's actions must respond to specific needs and pay close attention to the peculiarities of a limited territory (one or more municipalities, or a single province). Minimal partnership: 2 entities (1 lead subject + at least 1 partner). Project budget: and € 25.000 a € 49.999. Reserve funds: A specific reserve of € is dedicated to this line 1.400.000. B line (Interprovincial and/or regional value) Scope of impact: Actions must be structured to satisfy social needs in a broader geographical dimension, involving multiple provinces or the entire Campania Region, with a more extensive network strategy. Minimal partnership: 3 entities (1 lead subject + at least 2 partner).Project budget: and € 50.000 a € 170.000. Direct recipients They coincide with the proposing subjects. Type of interventions Projects must pursue one or more of these 10 general objectives: Fight against poverty: contrast to fragility, marginality, involuntary loneliness, addictions and child poverty. Sustainable agriculture: socio-work inclusion through social agriculture, environmental education and valorization of the territory. Health and well-being: inclusion of people with disabilities, prevention (oncology, addictions, accidents), promotion of sport and psychological well-being. Quality education: fight against educational poverty, inclusion, legality education, to STEM and the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence. Gender equality: fight against gender violence, promotion of equality and female empowerment (also digital).Decent work and economic growth: socio-work inclusion, fight against exploitation (es. seasonal workers), support for NEETs and youth entrepreneurship. Reduction of inequalities: school support, light support, generative community welfare and inclusion of people with disabilities. Inclusive and sustainable cities: regeneration of neighborhood spaces, social cohesion, protection of common/confiscated assets and accessible tourism. Sustainable production and consumption: circular economy, waste reduction (food/pharmaceuticals) and reuse.Fight against climate change: education, awareness and mitigation/adaptation actions to climate change. Eligible expenses Personal: Employee (con timesheet, payslips, F24) and volunteers (only reimbursement of documented expenses: food, voyage, accommodation). Management and Services: Secretariat, coordination, communication, design and instrumental/third party services (max 20% total). Indirect costs: Rent, utilities, ordinary maintenance (max 10% total, calculated pro-rata and documented). Durable goods: Only if strictly functional. Full cost if ≤ € 516,46; only depreciation amount if > € 516,46. IVA: Admitted only if not recoverable. Ineligible expenses VAT recoverable, duties and taxes. Legal fees, disputes and default interest. General or flat rate items (“unexpected”, “various”). Purchase or renovation of real estate and investment in inventory. Congresses, conferences, seminars or institutional gatherings. Promotional activities of the organization not directly linked to the project. Non-evidentiary documents (autofatture, pro forma invoices, preventive measures).
