| The Public Notice has the objective of supporting socially useful interventions and promoting economic development in the territory of the province of Viterbo, with a focus on social and healthcare proximity services that are sustainable over time. With total available resources up to € 80.000.00. It is the right of the subjects applying for the Community Welfare Notice 2026 present a project as a Single Applicant or set up a Partnership Network. Territory of intervention: The projects must have a direct and exclusive impact on the reference territory of the Carivit Foundation, or in the territory of the province of Viterbo. Interventions of social utility and promotion of economic development must take place in the territory of the province of Viterbo. This causes the project to be inadmissible if it does not foresee an impact on the indicated territory. Direct recipients: People in conditions of fragility or need, in particular: -Disabled -Elderly people -Minors and young people in difficulty -Marginalized people and/or risk -Local community Proposing subjects: -Public or private non-profit entities, endowed with legal personality -Third Sector Bodies (registered for RUNTS) -Social cooperatives and social enterprises -Cooperatives in the entertainment sectors, information and free time -Other private non-profit entities that operate permanently in the sector. Partnership: -Partnership Network (established by a Lead Organisation + at least two partners) Additional requirements: Preference will be given to projects proposed by a network of at least 3 subjects, of which at least 2 of the Third Sector. Local or public bodies can join as leaders, ensuring co-financing with own resources. Type of interventions: The projects must concern initiatives of character “non-commercial”, designed and created by third parties, with the following characteristics: -Home care, day centers, social transport, telecare -Day centres, support for autonomy, breath for caregiver, inclusive workshops -After school, youth aggregation, prevention of discomfort, parenting support -A social month, welcome, work orientation, cultural mediation -Awareness campaigns, listening desks, self-help groups, wellness promotion Eligible expenses: -Compensation for professionals, educators, operators for project activities -Purchase/rental of goods strictly functional to the project (es. remote assistance devices, teaching materials) -Rental spaces for activities, social transport services, catering for project events -Specific courses for operators/volunteers linked to the project -Insurance, administrative and reporting costs -RC policies for volunteers, specific regulatory obligations) Ineligible expenses: -Non-functional materials -Costs incurred before 02/03/2026 (gang opening) -Transactions between subjects of the same partnership network -Invoices from administrators, employees or subjects attributable to the beneficiary institution Resources available: € 80.000,00 Band A: € 10.000 (2 projects) • Band B: € 5.000 (12 projects) Contribution required Contribution required ≤ 50% part budget total |
