The announcement is aimed at supporting multidimensional experimental voluntary interventions, aimed at responding to social challenges and creating spaces for participation, By mobilizing new volunteers and increasing the sense of community and active protagonism of young people, providing for their involvement in actions capable of producing a concrete and visible change and to generate an immediate impact for the community.
The goal is to promote and strengthen the voluntary activity of third -sector organizations through the development of social utility interventions with lasting effects, favoring the activation of active citizenship mechanisms and social participation and the spread of voluntary action in particular among young people.
Project characteristics
Social impact initiatives for the territorial community of reference will be supported involving new volunteers, in particular young people, in voluntary activities is "occasional", aimed at the realization of specific initiatives, that stable over time, who promote volunteering as a tool to build cohesive communities, To reduce inequalities and facilitate the involvement and protagonism of citizens in the processes of change and development of the share capital.
The planning must predict a strategy based on the enhancement of the principles of volunteering (Promotion of reception, proximity, solidarity, Development of relational networks, civic purposes) through interventions of social utility relevant for the community consistent with activities of general interest referred to in art. 5 of the third sector code.
Proposals can be presented that make the internal management processes of volunteering less rigid, in line with the changing needs of the volunteers themselves, finding more flexible involvement mechanisms, who are able to make the voluntary commitment compatible with other relevant aspects of daily life and with availability, Sometimes more intermittent and occasionally, but not for this less precious and significant.
The overall duration of the projects must be not less than less than 24 months and not exceeding 36 months.
Admissible subjects
The announcement is aimed at ODV or APS registered in the National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS), of Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily, who have never received a contribution as leader - except for the "voluntary" calls of 2021 and of the 2022 who have assigned direct contributions to the ODVs - who can elaborate, online with other entities, proposals of evident social utility and lasting effects on territorial communities through the mobilization of citizens, especially of the youngest.

The partnership of each project proposal must include, In addition to the responsible person, At least two other subjects, another body of the third sector and another body that may belong, In addition to the world of the third sector, also to that of the institutions, of the school, of the university, research and the business world. The participation of for profit entities as partnership subjects, must not be aimed in searching for profit, but to the contribution of skills and resources for the growth and development of the territory and the local community.
Available resources and funding granted
The overall allocation amounts to 3 million euros.
The required contribution must be between € 80.000,00 e € 150.000,00.
