With a financial allocation of 93 millions and 460 thousand euros, The Campania Region intends to support MPI and professionals, Through the Regional Growth Fund - FRC.
The measure is aimed at strengthening the competitive capacity of companies and the dissemination of innovation to relaunch the local production system in the international context, through support for material and immaterial investments and of corporate reorganization and renovation.
The "Regional Fund for the Campania - FRC growth" is a financial instrument made up of a lost contribution and a subsidized loan, aimed at the following beneficiaries:
• Small and micro -enterprises, that they are established and registered in the Register of Companies of the Chamber of Commerce, industry, Crafts and agriculture, competent for the territory for at least 12 months prior to the date of publication of this notice on the Burc;
• Free professionals who have owners of VAT number from at least 12 months prior to the date of publication of this notice on the Burc.
The interventions to be carried out on the territory of the Campania Region regarding the following types of expenses are admissible:
a) Plants, machinery, electronic machines, Hardware and equipment equipment, new factory;
b) Plant engineering works, within the limit of 10% overall investment;
c) Advanced real services (including certifications), within the limit of 20% overall investment;
d) Software, system, platforms, computer applications and programs, , within the limit of 20%;
e) Administrative expenses, expenses for feasibility studies, charges for the issue of technical-accounting certificates and guarantees to cover the return of the loan, within the limit of 20%.
The concessions cannot be combined with other concessions and are granted, the di of minimis, to cover the 100% of the admissible expenditure program and distributed as follows:
• 50% of eligible expenses, By way of a non -refundable contribution;
• 50% of eligible expenses, By way of zero rate financing.
The loan provides for the following conditions:
• Total duration: 5 years, of which 6 months of pre -amortization;
• Reimbursement: 54 Months with constant quarterfold rates constant capital shares (Italian amortization), more 6 months of deferring from the date of disbursement of the anticipation.
• interest rate: 0%.
• personal and/or real guarantees provided by the subjects and in the manner provided for by the notice.
The spending program must be between a minimum amount of 30.000,00 Euro and a maximum amount of 150.000,00 Euro.
To access the concessions, applicants must submit a specific application for facilitation, exclusively in electronic mode solely through digital identity (SPID or CNS), registered to the applicant, penalty.
The application can be submitted from hours 12:00 of the day 18 September 2024 and up to the hours 12:00 of the day 18 October 2024.
The application must be digitally signed by the owner/legal representative of the applicant company, exclusively with signature cades issued by an accredited body, under penalty of inadmissibility.
