The implementation decree for auto -employment incentives signed
Automepiego incentives: The Ministry of Labor and Social Policies has made it known, with communication of the 12 July 2025, The signature of the implementation decree that introduces concrete measures to support self -employment and self -employment and professional work, as required by the articles 17 e 19 of the Cohesion Decree (D.L. n. 60/2024, converted with modifications from the L. n. 95/2024).
The provision represents a fundamental piece in the field of active labor policies and aims to encourage the job placement of young people among the 18 and i 35 years in conditions of unemployment, Inactivity or social fragility.
Goals: Work, Inclusion and youth entrepreneurship
According to what was declared by the Minister of Labor Marina Calderone, The decree is part of an integrated strategy aimed at strengthening youth participation in the labor market, promoting entrepreneurial and autonomous initiatives through a systemic approach that provides:
• Personalized training and accompaniment courses
• qualified tutoring
• economic contributions for the start of activities
Such measures, created in collaboration with the National Authority for Microcredit, aim to support the entrepreneurial talent of young people, stimulate generational change and enhance quality work in all contractual and corporate forms.
Resources allocated: 800 million euros
As specified by the Minister for European Affairs and PNRR Tommaso Foti, The decree is financed with a total of 800 million euros, of which:
• 700 Millions from the European Social Fund Plus (FSE+)
• 100 Millions from the PNRR, As part of the goal program (Working employability guarantee)
These are significant resources, intended to transform into concrete tools of active inclusion and support for youth entrepreneurship, with impact throughout the national territory.
Recipients: young 18-35 years in disadvantaged conditions
The measure is aimed specifically to young people among the 18 and i 35 years that are found:
• In unemployment state
• Inactive on the labor market
• in conditions of social fragility
This audience will be at the center of a multidimensional intervention that combines training policies, microcredit and start to the company, with the aim of offering real possibilities of professional insertion.
