OBJECT: "Integration and reintegration paths in the world of work for disadvantaged subjects" in favor of the territorial areas of Campania
OBJECTIVE: This notice promotes the establishment of regional agreements of active inclusion for the implementation of measures to combat poverty through the creation of territorial inclusion centers. The Territorial Inclusion Center is intended as a proximity center of services for supporting disadvantaged people and families, in conditions of vulnerability and social fragility.
beneficiary: Territorial areas of Campania; Third sector subjects; Subjects registered in section a) of the regional list of accredited public and private operators; Promoters of internships aimed at social inclusion; Schools; - workers unions; - category employer associations.
Recipients: Particularly disadvantaged people or subject of discrimination, with disabilities and vulnerable
Available resources: € 60.000.000,00
Below are the orientation amounts for each action:
€ 25.300.547,74 Action a)

€ 4.390.243,90 part of the resources to apply to action c) equal to about the 30%, are intended for the creation of internships aimed exclusively at people with disabilities.
Deadline
The digital service for the presentation of the project proposals will be divided into three windows

Each project proposal must predict, penalty, the construction of a territorial inclusion center, divided into the following three actions:
- Action a) Innovative social services of support for multi -puppelmatic families;
- Action B) Multi-professional taking charge interventions, aimed at the work inclusion of people more disadvantaged vulnerable and at risk of discrimination through training interventions for the acquisition of key skills;
- Action C) Activation of internships of social inclusion aimed at the work inclusion of more vulnerable people and people with disabilities.
The scheduled activities must be carried out in the territory of competence of the territorial area, identified as the leader of the territorial agreement of active inclusion, With the exception of inclusion internships that can also be made in the neighboring municipalities to the same.
The subjects identified for the establishment of the partnership, in the presentation of the project proposal, subscribe, penalty, a declaration of intent to set out in the ATS, with the indication of the roles and activities of each partner as part of the construction of the intervention.
In case of approval of the project, before the date of signing the concession deed, Each grouping must be formally constituted in the form of the ATS (through private writing authenticated pursuant to art.68 of the D. Lgs. n.36/2023) giving special collective mandate with representation to the territorial area, as leader. The leader is the only person to whom the administration provides the loan and is also the only responsible for communications against the regional administration.
Maximum financeable amount
The maximum contribution provided for the project presented by each territorial area is defined on the
basis of the fair division of overall resources available as specified in art. 4 notice.
Duration of the activities
Each project proposal, under penalty of exclusion, must be divided into a duration of 36 months, Starting from the start date of the activities communicated by the beneficiary
Terms and methods of submission of the application
The project proposals, penalty, must be presented by the representative of the territorial area, leader of the grouping, exclusively online, By accessing the catalog of digital services of the Campania Region, will be accessible by the legal representative of the proposing subject or by his delegate, who will have to authenticate using one of the digital identity systems: SPID – CIE – CNS
In the event that access to the service takes place by a delegate, It will be necessary to attach the delegation digitally signed by the legal representative.
