The Campania Region by managerial decree n. 615 November 8 2024, Published on the Burc n. 76 November 8 2024, The General Management for Cultural Policies and Tourism, As part of the intervention called "actions widespread for regional competitiveness on the national and international tourist market" scheduled by the regional council with resolution no. 429 of the 6 August 2024, co -financed by regional resources and by the Single National Tourism Fund - Funt Current part 2024, has issued a public notice that provides for the granting of financing in favor of the micro, Small and medium -sized enterprises, According to the definition referred to in the Annex 1 to the regulation (UE) n. 651/2014, active and operating in the following sectors of ATECO activity- State:
59.11.00 – Film production activities, of videos and television programs;
- 79.11.00 Activities of travel agencies;
- 79.12.00 Tour Operator activities;
- 79.90.19 Other booking services and other tourist assistance activities not carried out by the NCA travel agencies;
- 93.29.90 – Other entertainment and fun activities NCA;
- 93.19.90 – Other sports activities (includes activities related to ecological tourism, such as hiking and other activities in nature);
- 82.99.99 – Other Support Services for NCA Companies.
The incentives must be intended for the realization of actions aimed at promoting the attractiveness of the Campania destination, With particular reference to the enhancement of destinations not traditionally included in tourist circuits but of particular historical value, cultural (material and immaterial), naturalistic, sporty, religious, in terms of relocation and decreased tourist flows.
The procedure for selecting the facilitating applications is an "ranking" evaluation, Pursuant to art. 5, comma 2 of the Legislative Decree 31 March 1998, n. 123; the granting of the facilities pursuant to the regulation (UE) n. 2831/2023 relating to the application of the articles 107 e 108 of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union to aid and in accordance with the legislation on the subject (de minimis).
The total amount of available resources is equal to Euro 2.005.200,00.
The proposed spending program, under penalty of inadmissibility, must provide for eligible expenses between
the minimum amount of euros 30.000,00 and the maximum amount of euros 100.000,00.
The concessions are granted in the form of an lost capital contribution to cover the expenditure admitted to the maximum extent of 80% and up to a maximum of euro 100.000,00.
The application for facilitation must be submitted to the hours 00.00 of the 22 November 2024 and up to the hours 23.59 of the 6 December 2024, through the appropriate digital service called "application for financing for tourist competitiveness". The service will be accessible through digital identity (SPID/CIE/CNS) on the catalog of digital services of the Campania Region,
