Il 13 February 2024 A monitoring meeting will be held among the partners of the Tree project to define the next steps. This meeting follows the November meeting 2023 in Spain, where Adim discussed the distribution of the budget and the reporting rules. We will talk about the collection of results and the organization of national workshops to involve experts and companies. Models for data collection will be defined and questionnaires to identify Green business practices. In the end, The date of the second transnational meeting will be set.
Planning and monitoring of the Tree project: Next steps and national workshops
Day 13.02.24 A monitoring meeting will be held between the three partners for the definition of subsequent work steps. The meeting was set immediately after the refresher meeting in Spain on the day 2 e 3 November 2023 in which Adim showed the partners the distribution of the budget of the project by informing about the general reporting rules of the Italian National Agency. Has been scheduled 1 National online workshop for each partner to involve expert companies or professionals. The meeting of February, so, It is set to define the monitoring of the collection of the results obtained in operation of the disbursement of the aforementioned workshops.
In particular, It has been decided that there will be about the documentary research about the current state of the skills in each country in the context of interest of the project, making a comparison between the three countries. Secondly, a model for data collection will be defined through the national workshop, And it will be discussed on how to implement these workshops. Surely questionnaires will be made to understand the practices to facilitate the development of green skills that are implemented by the companies currently, On the basis of whose results the workshops will be implemented to which professionals and companies operating in the Green Economy sector will certainly take part.
Ultimately, After taking stock of the situation, Including some issues that have been under study by each partner in this period, In order to give more and more form to the Tree project and its activities, A date will be agreed for the second transnational meeting and continue in the advancement of the project.

On 13.02.24 a monitoring meeting will be held between the three partners for the definition of the next steps of work. The meeting was scheduled immediately after the update meeting that took place in Spain on 2 and 3 November 2023 in which AdIM showed the partners the distribution of the project budget informing about the general reporting rules of the Italian National Agency. 1 national online workshop has been scheduled for each partner to involve experts, companies or professionals. The February meeting, therefore, is set to define the monitoring of the collection of the results obtained according to the delivery of the aforementioned workshops.
In particular, it was decided that the documentary research will be discussed about the current state of expertise in each country in the field of interest of the project, making a comparison between the three countries.
