11/11/2024 – The General Management for Social and Socialitarian Policies, with the decree n. 1078, He approved the public notice of multi -Multi - assistance and support measures to women victims of violence and their children as well as to the orphans of victims of feminicides, which aims to provide concrete support to women victims of violence, to their children and the orphans of victims of femicide in the difficult path for the escape from the circuit of violence: in particular, The disbursement of vouchers that can be spent with interventions aimed at inserting and the socio-work inclusion of the beneficiaries is expected, as well as the achievement of autonomy and independence.
The available equipment available is equal to € 1.522.000,00.
The notice promotes distinct lines of intervention.
The line a, in favor of women victims of violence, provides for economic support (voucher up to € 3.000,00) to cover the costs incurred for:
• Location and utilities (housing support);
• Escape from the circuit of violence (any other expense necessary according to the indications contained in the notice);
• Training for insertion and reinforcement of work.
Line B provides the disbursement of economic support (voucher up to maximum € 1.500,00) for the reimbursement of the costs incurred for the children of women victims of violence as well as orphans of victims of femicide for:
- interventions for the completion of the school path;
- Extraccolastic activities;
- training for insertion and reintegration.
The digital service, called "support for women victims of violence and their children and orphans victims of femicide", it is active from hours 8:00 of the 14 November 2024 at 8:00 of the day 16 December 2024 and it is accessible, exclusively through digital identity (SPID/CIE/CNS),
Women victims of violence, residents in one of the municipalities of Campania, and the orphans of victims of femicide if of age or, se minorenni, who has legal representation (surviving parent does not decaying from parental power or guardian or care body), who intend to take advantage of the voucher can present the application for admission to the contribution directly online.
For admission to the loan, the woman victim of violence and the orphan of victim of femicide must be taken over by the anti -violence center and/or household reception and/or social services (Attached 1).
Any attachments are also provided:
• Regular residence permit for women victims of violence with non -community citizenship;
• For minors orphans, documentation proving the existence of the power of representation by instantly (In case of surviving parent, declaration of not having lapsed from it pursuant to art. 330 c.c.; In the case of guardian or assistance body appointed by the tutelary judge, appointment measures);
• self -certification of the orphan or of the legal representative in the event of a minor orphan from which the composition of his family and his orphan is the composition.
Being of a counter procedure, in compliance with the criteria established in this article, The applications deemed eligible will be financed due to the timeliness of the presentation, according to the chronological criterion and up to the exhaustion of the available resources.
For the financing of the applications we will proceed by giving priority to the moments that have not already been beneficiaries of both multitinent alerts.
Condition necessary for the liquidation of the contribution is the permanence of taking charge of the beneficiary by the center or of the house or social services for the entire period for which the voucher is recognized. This condition must be confirmed by the Anti -violence Center/Refuge/Social Services House which has in charge of the applicant, through a specific declaration (Attached 2) signed by the legal representative or by the head of the social services concerned. It must be loaded on the appropriate platform and will be considered preparatory for the liquidation of approved and refundable resources.
The new electronic procedure has been defined in collaboration with the Special Office for growth and digital transition and falls within the Digital Transformation Strategy of the Campania Region which provides for the progressive digitization of all administrative processes and processes and their evolution in accessible services online and available on the catalog of digital services
