November 8th 2024 A monitoring meeting was held among the partners of the Erasmus+ project “Tree – Training and Resources to Enable a Green Era”. During the meeting, The progress relating to the creation of training materials have been examined, the preparation of multiplicator events and future deadlines, With the aim of ensuring that all activities are completed in time and according to the agreed standards.
1. Best practices manual: Updates and integration
A central theme of the meeting was the Best practices manual, a fundamental document for the project. The revision of the manual, In particular, the integration by partner Ainp, it was discussed. Its integration is considered crucial, as the manual is intended to be one of the main outputs to be presented during the multiplier events scheduled for the end of November.
2. Tree training course: Progress on teaching materials
Another important point concerned the Tree training course. The meeting saw an update on the status of the drafting of the training modules, an activity that involves all partners. My name has already completed the drafting of its modules and is now proceeding with the preparation of an improved version through artificial intelligence. Each module is accompanied by an evaluation test, con 5 requests, each of which gives a score of 2 points. All partners are invited to test the modules, complete the related tests and send them to Adim for a final review. Zeus has almost completed the drafting of its modules and plans to finish the work by the end of next week. The design contents will be implemented using tools such as Canva e Twine.
All partners are encouraged to visit the Adim platform to align themselves on the materials already produced and to load their modules. It is important that each module is available both in English that in the mother tongue of each partner, To facilitate the translation and use by an international public.
3. Organization of multiplier events
One of the most relevant aspects that emerged from the meeting concerns the organization of multiplier events. Each partner is called to organize an event in presence by November. The events aim to spread the results of the project, presenting the Best practices manual and the Tree training course, and involve participants in practical activities.
Objectives of multiplier events:
- Presentation of the project and the first output (Best practices manual).
- Introduction to the training course, with a demo of the platform.
- I invite participants to register on the platform and test training materials.
- Compilation of an evaluation questionnaire at the end of the event.
Each partner will have to follow a similar format for all events, with a standardized agenda that includes a brief introduction to the project, the presentation of the course and demonstration activities.
