In programma la prima riunione con i partners nell’ambito del progetto Erasmus+ “TRAINING AND RESOURCES TO ENABLE A GREEN ERA-TREE PROJECT”
È in programma la prima riunione tra i partners del progetto TREE. All’ordine del giorno, oltre le presentazioni inziali, è prevista una digressione sul progetto, i suoi contenuti e i suoi obiettivi. In seconda battuta verranno decise date e luoghi dei successivi incontri da effettuare in presenza.

È stato programmato, per il 5 ottobre 2023, il primo incontro tra i partners del progetto TREE, figlio del programma Erasmus+ , una istituzione ormai nel panorama Europeo. Il programma Erasmus+ ha diversi punti chiave, ognuno interessato ad uno specifico aspetto del contesto lavorativo aziendale: sviluppare competenze per migliorare prospettive di carriera; implementare cooperazione transculturale nell’ambito dell’istruzione, politico, sportivo, sociale; etc. L’AdIM s.r.l., nonostante sia il primo progetto di stampo internazionale in cui opera, sente di essere pronta ed entusiasta a prendere parte al progetto TREE in veste di capofila, collaborando con altre due agenzie, la Zeus consulting IKE con sede a Salonicco (Grecia) e la AiNP- Agencia Internacional Newproject con sede a Cadice e Valencia (Spagna).
Il cronoprogramma dell’incontro prevede una suddivisione in tre momenti del meeting online, che saranno però tutti utili a fare brainstorming, sulla base dei diversi punti chiave, al fine di dare una impronta al futuro risultato del progetto. L’ incontro prevede, prima di tutto, che i partner si conoscano e comprendano gli ambiti in cui operano, le esperienze e le peculiarità di ognuno. Il secondo step, dovrà essere quello di discutere circa il progetto TREE e gli obiettivi di questo, da declinare sulla base degli obiettivi del programma Erasmus+ , per poi discutere sulle successive tappe organizzative. A questo proposito, si dovranno decidere il luogo e le date dei meeting che permetteranno ancor di più alle tre agenzie partner di diventare un unico nucleo, delineando un obiettivo comune a partire da ciò che li caratterizza e da quelle che sono le loro peculiari competenze ed esperienze. In visione di un sempre più integrato lavoro in team, quello che dovrà emergere, in terzo luogo, sarà quindi, come da cronoprogramma, proprio discutere sui contenuti specifici del progetto, la configurazione dei corsi e la creazione di un manuale di best practice.

The first meeting between the partners of the TREE project, son of the Erasmus+ program, an institution now on the European scene, has been scheduled for October 5, 2023. The Erasmus+ programme has several key points, each concerned with a specific aspect of the corporate working environment: developing skills to improve career prospects; implement transcultural cooperation in the fields of education, politics, sports, social; etc. AdIM s.r.l., despite being the first international project in which it operates, feels ready and enthusiastic to take part in the TREE project as a leader, collaborating with two other agencies, Zeus consulting IKE based in Thessaloniki (Greece) and AiNP- Agencia Internacional Newproject based in Cadiz and Valencia (Spain).
The timetable of the meeting provides for a subdivision of the online meeting into three moments, which will all be useful for brainstorming, based on the various key points, in order to give an imprint to the future result of the project. The meeting requires, first of all, that the partners get to know each other and understand the areas in which they operate, the experiences and peculiarities of each one. The second step will have to be to discuss about the TREE project and its objectives, to be declined on the basis of the objectives of the Erasmus+ K2 program, and then discuss the subsequent organizational steps. In this regard, the place and dates of the meetings will have to be decided which will allow the three partner agencies to become a single nucleus, outlining a common goal starting from what characterizes them and what are their peculiar skills and experiences. In view of an increasingly integrated teamwork, what will have to emerge, thirdly, will therefore, as scheduled, be precisely to discuss the specific contents of the project, the configuration of the courses and the creation of a best practice manual.
