Percorso formativo: Green Jobs & Skills – Visita guidata al Centro Ittico Campano
AdIM PARTECIPA AD ERASMUS+ CON IL PROGETTO “TRAINING AND RESOURCES TO ENABLE A GREEN ERA – TREE PROJECT” (FORMAZIONE E RISORSE PER UN’ERA VERDE). Erasmus+ è il programma dell’Unione Europea nel campo dell’istruzione, della formazione, della gioventù e dello sport per il periodo 2021-2027, che presenta tra le priorità l’ambiente e la lotta ai cambiamenti climatici.
Il 28 settembre 2024, si è tenuta una visita guidata presso il Centro Ittico Campano (CIC), una delle aziende partecipate più prestigiose e strategiche del Comune di Bacoli, famosa per la gestione dei laghi Fusaro e Miseno e delle aree circostanti. L’evento è stato organizzato in collaborazione con l’Ente di formazione CFP e la Demagò Coop. Sociale, come parte integrante del percorso formativo “TREE” sviluppato, nell’ambito dell’azione chiave 2 “cooperazione tra organizzazioni e istituzioni”, da AdIM, sostenuta dalla Cooperativa DEMAGO’ in qualità di capofila, insieme al partner spagnolo NEWPROJECT e al partner greco ZEUS CONSULTING. Alla visita, oltre ai discenti del corso di formazione TREE, hanno partecipato gli allievi del corso di formazione di “promotore turistico” finanziato dalla Regione Campania ed erogato da CFP, a cui è stata offerta un’importante occasione di apprendimento per i partecipanti, offrendo loro l’opportunità di comprendere da vicino il lavoro svolto dal CIC nella salvaguardia e valorizzazione delle risorse ambientali locali, nonché il ruolo cruciale che queste svolgono per l’economia e la comunità del territorio. Il CIC, con il suo patrimonio ricco di risorse idriche e terreni costieri, rappresenta un modello esemplare di gestione integrata del territorio. Grazie alla guida esperta dell’avv. Sergio Cosentini, amministratore unico del CIC Spa, l’azienda si è distinta per la sua capacità di coniugare sviluppo economico e rispetto dell’ambiente, in linea con le crescenti esigenze di sostenibilità e innovazione nel settore. Questo incontro, propedeutico alla realizzazione di un evento multiplayer previsto tra le attività del progetto TREE, ha posto le basi per un dialogo formativo e collaborativo fra istituzioni e imprese, con l’obiettivo di sensibilizzare gli interlocutori sul tema delle sfide ecologiche e sociali del nostro tempo.
La visita guidata ha offerto ai partecipanti del corso di formazione TREE l’opportunità di approfondire le sfide e le opportunità legate alla gestione del patrimonio ambientale e culturale del territorio di Bacoli. Il Centro Ittico Campano (CIC) è attivamente impegnato nella valorizzazione e tutela dell’area lacustre di Bacoli, che include il Lago Fusaro e il Lago Miseno, nonché i terreni limitrofi, un patrimonio che rappresenta il 24% dei beni di proprietà del Comune. Sotto la guida dell’avvocato Sergio Cosentini, il CIC ha avviato una serie di interventi di riqualificazione ambientale resi possibili grazie a finanziamenti pubblici, con l’obiettivo di migliorare la funzionalità ecologica e la fruibilità turistica dell’area. Tra questi, la riapertura e la protezione delle foci del Lago Fusaro hanno migliorato significativamente la circolazione delle acque e la qualità dell’ambiente circostante, preservando l’ecosistema lacustre. Inoltre, sono stati realizzati interventi di risanamento ambientale mirati ai depuratori che scaricano nei regi lagni, con l’obiettivo di riportare tali strutture alla piena funzionalità e prevenire ulteriori forme di inquinamento.
La visita si colloca come un’importante fase del corso TREE, propedeutica alla creazione di un evento multiplier che coinvolgerà i partecipanti in attività collaborative di sensibilizzazione e promozione della sostenibilità. Il progetto, finanziato dal programma Erasmus+ dell’Unione Europea, mira a fornire strumenti e risorse per abilitare una nuova era verde, formando figure professionali capaci di implementare soluzioni eco-compatibili nelle loro organizzazioni. L’esperienza presso il CIC Spa ha permesso ai partecipanti di cogliere nuove opportunità di inserimento lavorativo e trarre ispirazione per acquisire nuove utili competenze. Queste competenze saranno cruciali per lo sviluppo dell’evento multiplayer, che si propone di coinvolgere un pubblico ampio attraverso attività interattive e didattiche sul tema della sostenibilità ambientale.
Questa esperienza ha rafforzato l’idea che la sostenibilità non è solo un obiettivo, ma un percorso fatto di scelte quotidiane e un forte impegno verso la tutela dell’ambiente. L’incontro con l’Avv. Sergio Cosentini e il suo team ha offerto un esempio concreto di iniziative intraprese a tutela dell’ambiente, come ad esempio la creazione di un nuovo itinerario di collegamento tra il Parco Vanvitelliano e il Parco Quarantenario, due importanti siti culturali della zona. Questo nuovo percorso ha non solo reso più agevole l’accesso per i visitatori, ma ha anche liberato la fascia circumlacuale da usi impropri, restituendo al lago Fusaro e alle sue sponde il loro carattere naturale. In tal modo, è stata creata una nuova “infrastruttura verde” urbana, un’opera che promuove la sostenibilità e la fruizione pubblica degli spazi naturali.
In vista dell’evento multiplier, questa attività ha fornito una solida base di conoscenze e ha facilitato un dialogo diretto tra tutti gli attori coinvolti, creando le condizioni ideali per un confronto più ampio e interattivo. L’evento multiplier che seguirà promette di essere un’importante occasione per consolidare queste tematiche e avvicinare i partecipanti a una gestione più consapevole e innovativa del territorio.

AdIM PARTICIPATES IN ERASMUS+ WITH THE PROJECT “TRAINING AND RESOURCES TO ENABLE A GREEN ERA – TREE PROJECT”. On September 28, 2024, a guided tour was held at the Campania Fish Center (CIC), one of the most prestigious and strategic investee companies in the Municipality of Bacoli, famous for the management of lakes Fusaro and Miseno and the surrounding areas. The event was organized in collaboration with the CFP training institution and the Demagò Coop. Social, as an integral part of the “TREE” training course developed, as part of key action 2 “cooperation between organizations and institutions”, by AdIM, supported by the DEMAGO’ Cooperative as leader, together with the Spanish partner NEWPROJECT and the Greek partner ZEUS CONSULTING. In addition to the learners of the TREE training course, the visit was attended by the students of the “tourism promoter” training course funded by the Campania Region and provided by CFP, who were offered an important learning opportunity for the participants, offering them the opportunity to closely understand the work carried out by the CIC in the protection and enhancement of local environmental resources, as well as the crucial role they play for the economy and the community of the territory. The CIC, with its heritage rich in water resources and coastal land, represents an exemplary model of integrated land management. Thanks to the expert guidance of the lawyer. Sergio Cosentini, sole director of CIC Spa, the company has distinguished itself for its ability to combine economic development and respect for the environment, in line with the growing needs for sustainability and innovation in the sector. This meeting, preparatory to the realization of a multiplayer event planned among the activities of the TREE project, laid the foundations for an educational and collaborative dialogue between institutions and companies, with the aim of raising awareness of the ecological and social challenges of our time.
The guided tour offered the participants of the TREE training course the opportunity to learn more about the challenges and opportunities related to the management of the environmental and cultural heritage of the Bacoli area. The Centro Ittico Campano (CIC) is actively engaged in the enhancement and protection of the lake area of Bacoli, which includes Lake Fusaro and Lake Miseno, as well as the neighboring lands, a heritage that represents 24% of the assets owned by the Municipality. Under the guidance of lawyer Sergio Cosentini, the CIC has launched a series of environmental redevelopment interventions made possible thanks to public funding, with the aim of improving the ecological functionality and tourist usability of the area. Among these, the reopening and protection of the mouths of Lake Fusaro have significantly improved water circulation and the quality of the surrounding environment, preserving the lake ecosystem. In addition, environmental remediation interventions have been carried out aimed at the purifiers that discharge into the regi lagni, with the aim of bringing these structures back to full functionality and preventing further forms of pollution.
The visit is an important phase of the TREE course, preparatory to the creation of a multiplier event that will involve participants in collaborative activities to raise awareness and promote sustainability. The project, funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union, aims to provide tools and resources to enable a new green era, training professionals capable of implementing eco-compatible solutions in their organizations. The experience at CIC Spa allowed participants to seize new job placement opportunities and draw inspiration to acquire new useful skills. These skills will be crucial for the development of the multiplier event, which aims to involve a wide audience through interactive and educational activities on the theme of environmental sustainability.
This experience has reinforced the idea that sustainability is not just a goal, but a path made up of daily choices and a strong commitment to environmental protection. The meeting with Avv. Sergio Cosentini and his team offered a concrete example of initiatives undertaken to protect the environment, such as the creation of a new itinerary connecting the Parco Vanvitelliano and the Parco Quarantenario, two important cultural sites in the area. This new route has not only made access easier for visitors, but has also freed the circumlacual belt from improper use, restoring Lake Fusaro and its shores to their natural character. In this way, a new urban “green infrastructure” has been created, a work that promotes sustainability and the public use of natural spaces.
In view of the multiplier event, this activity provided a solid knowledge base and facilitated a direct dialogue between all the actors involved, creating the ideal conditions for a broader and more interactive discussion. The multiplier event that will follow promises to be an important opportunity to consolidate these issues and bring participants closer to a more conscious and innovative management of the territory.
