TREE – Training and Resources to Enable a green Era

As part of the project TREE – Training and Resources to Enable a green Era funded by the ERASMUS+ Programme 2021-2027, coordinated by ADIM Srl in partnership with organizations AiNP-New Project International Agency (Spain) e Zeus Consulting (Greece), the day 26 March 2024 at 18:00 an online workshop will be held on transversal green skills useful for the ongoing ecological transition.

The meeting aims to involve and compare experts, companies or sustainability professionals in order to learn about the best practices already implemented in reducing environmental impact and improving workers' green skills.

In this context, we will try to understand how the issue of sustainability is addressed in the entrepreneurial field, corporate and consultancy, investigating in particular the following factors:

  • value given to environmental sustainability and how this influences business models;
  • management and enhancement of human resources in light of the growing need for green skills;
  • success stories or best practices relating to the enhancement and integration of green skills and sustainable practices.

The topic is highly topical and is addressed by the partners with the aim of supporting job seekers and workers in the acquisition of specific skills essential to work as a professional in the field of sustainability.

The project currently being implemented also has among its main objectives that of sharing best practices and knowledge to combat climate change and accelerate the ecological transition.

The workshop will be an opportunity to highlight the difficulties that companies encounter in finding human resources with adequate transversal green skills capable of contributing to responsible and sustainable business development, in line with the principles dictated by the Green Deal which, as known, aims to put the EU on the path to one green transition, with the ultimate goal of achieving climate neutrality by 2050.

Within the framework of the TREE – Training and Resources to Enable a green Era project funded by the ERASMUS+ Program 2021-2027, coordinated by ADIM Srl in partnership with the organizations AiNP-New Project International Agency (Spain) and Zeus Consulting (Greece), an online workshop on transversal green skills useful for the current ecological transition will be held on March 26, 2024 at 6:00 pm.

The meeting aims to engage and compare experts, companies or sustainability professionals in order to learn about the best practices already implemented in reducing environmental impact and improving workers’ green skills.

In this context, an attempt will be made to understand how the topic of sustainability is addressed in the entrepreneurial, corporate and consulting spheres, investigating in particular the following factors:

  • value given to environmental sustainability and how it influences business models;
  • management and enhancement of human resources in light of the growing need for green skills
  • success stories or best practices related to the enhancement and integration of green skills and sustainable practices.
