Nell’ambito del progetto TREE – Training and Resources to Enable a green Era finanziato dal Programma ERASMUS+ 2021-2027, coordinato da AdIM Srl in partenariato con le organizzazioni AiNP-Agencia Internacional New Project (Spagna) e Zeus Consulting (Grecia), il giorno 26 marzo 2024 alle ore 18:00 si terrà un workshop on-line sulle competenze green trasversali utili alla transizione ecologica in atto.
L’incontro vuole coinvolgere e mettere a confronto esperti, aziende o professionisti della sostenibilità al fine di conoscere le migliori pratiche già implementate nella riduzione dell’impatto ambientale e miglioramento delle competenze green dei lavoratori.
In tale contesto si cercherà di comprendere come il tema della sostenibilità è affrontato in ambito imprenditoriale, aziendale e consulenziale, indagando in particolare sui seguenti fattori:
- valore dato alla sostenibilità ambientale e come questa influenza i modelli di business;
- gestione e valorizzazione delle risorse umane alla luce del bisogno crescente di competenze green;
- storie di successo o best practices relative alla valorizzazione e integrazione di competenze green e pratiche sostenibili.
Il tema è di grande attualità e viene affrontato dai partner allo scopo di sostenere le persone in cerca di lavoro e i lavoratori nell’acquisizione di competenze specifiche essenziali per lavorare come professionista nell’ambito della sostenibilità.
Il progetto in corso di attuazione ha tra gli obiettivi principali anche quello di condividere le migliori pratiche e conoscenze per combattere il cambiamento climatico e accelerare la transizione ecologica.
Il workshop sarà un’occasione per far emergere le difficoltà che incontrano le imprese nel reperire risorse umane con adeguate competenze green trasversali in grado di contribuire ad uno sviluppo aziendale responsabile e sostenibile, in linea con i principi dettati dal Green Deal che, come è noto, mira ad avviare l’UE sulla strada di una transizione verde, con l’obiettivo ultimo di raggiungere la neutralità climatica entro il 2050.

Within the framework of the TREE – Training and Resources to Enable a green Era project funded by the ERASMUS+ Program 2021-2027, coordinated by AdIM Srl in partnership with the organizations AiNP-Agencia Internacional New Project (Spain) and Zeus Consulting (Greece), an online workshop on transversal green skills useful for the current ecological transition will be held on March 26, 2024 at 6:00 pm.
The meeting aims to engage and compare experts, companies or sustainability professionals in order to learn about the best practices already implemented in reducing environmental impact and improving workers’ green skills.
In this context, an attempt will be made to understand how the topic of sustainability is addressed in the entrepreneurial, corporate and consulting spheres, investigating in particular the following factors:
- value given to environmental sustainability and how it influences business models;
- management and enhancement of human resources in light of the growing need for green skills
- success stories or best practices related to the enhancement and integration of green skills and sustainable practices.
The topic is highly topical and is being addressed by the partners with the aim of supporting job seekers and workers in acquiring specific skills essential for working as professionals in the field of sustainability.
One of the main objectives of the ongoing project is also to share best practices and knowledge to combat climate change and accelerate the ecological transition.
The workshop will be an opportunity to bring to light the difficulties faced by companies in finding human resources with appropriate cross-cutting green skills capable of contributing to responsible and sustainable business development, in line with the principles dictated by the Green Deal, which famously aims to set the EU on the path of a green transition, with the ultimate goal of achieving climate neutrality by 2050.
