Primo incontro Tree Project: Spain, Italia, Greece.

The first meeting of the Tree project saw the presentation of the partners involved: l’ My name, the International Newproject Agency and the Zeus Research. During the meeting the objectives of the project were defined, In line with the Erasmus+ K2 program, and the next steps, including three meetings between the 2023 and the 2025. The development of a manual on best practices is expected to improve green skills and encourage employability in the Green Economy sector, with focus on eco -sustainability, green skills e green economy.

The first to carry out the presentations was the Adim which is an information agency that operates in the regional territory and is the lead despite both the first collaboration experience with European partners. Follows the presentation of the Spanish partner based in Cadiz-NewProject International Agency, which deals with socio-educational projects and social innovation with the development of applications, idea, concepts, products, services, methodologies and practices that contribute to producing changes in society collaboratively with the entrepreneurial environment. The presentation ends the Greek partner, Research Zeus Consulting-The innovation you seek, which offers consultancy services in the technology sectors, of information technology, of regional development, of employment, of innovation, of the environment, management and international collaborations, With particular experience in implementing and technical support of European Union programs and initiatives in these sectors.

The presentations immediately followed a digression about the project, its meaning based on the key points of the Erasmus+ K2 program, and the identification of the objectives to be achieved with Tree. There was also talk of the subsequent steps of organization of the works, In order to be able to obtain a global and unitary vision of Tree. in particular, Three meetings are expected in the three seats of belonging of the partners: The first meeting in Spain in November 2023, The second meeting in Greece in May follows 2024 Finishing with the final meeting in Italy in March 2025. In addition, the time schedule also involved the development of a Best Practices manual which will have to contain a series of knowledge useful to put in place what are the Green skills essential to be able to make Green Job. There are three keywords: eco -sustainability, green skills e green economy! In this sense, even more particular, These objectives would allow you to have a wider look, a more integrated and articulated vision on the contingent environment to organizations (companies, businesses) and how these are in relation to this environment, in order to understand how the knowledge provided to the new opportunities and new needs in the labor market are aligned.
