An event full of interventions and food for thought
The conference began to10:00 with the registration of participants, followed byWelcome greetings OfLuciano Mattina (ADIM Srl), which underlined the fundamental role of the Tree project in the spread of aGreen mentality and in the development of professional skills related to sustainability.
To moderate the meeting was theDr. Irene Aprile (ADIM Srl), who introduced the Tree project, illustrating theMain objectives:

- Prof. Maurizio Palmisano - Director of theExperimental center of the CNR of Benevento, has analyzed the role of scientific research in the development of effective strategies for ecological transition. The prof. Palmisano opened the technical session with an in -depth analysis on theGreen Economy, defining it as"The economy that leads to the improvement of human well -being and social equity, while reducing environmental risks and improving the efficiency and use of available resources ".
- Dr. Rosa Caterina Marmo - Manager of theUOD parks and natural reserves of the Campania Region, presented an in -depth analysis of theNatural network 2000, a network of high -naturality sites born to guarantee theConservation of the biodiversity of natural and seminatural habitats, wild flora and fauna. Dr. Marmo highlighted how theterritory of the Campania Region is characterized by an environmental heritage of great value, con124 Nature sites 2000, covering363.743 hectares, equal to 26% of the regional territory. - Dr. Piero Giugni - Environmental Expert and Council and Design Office Manager - World Cooperative World on the way, presented the Cooperative's commitment, active from beyond20 years in the design and implementation of social interventions for the weakest bands, among whichelderly people, disabled, minors, Women and foreigners. Stressed the importance of an approach that combinesEnvironmental sustainability and social inclusion, so that ecological projects can also have a positive impact on the social fabric. The cooperative is enrolled inRegister of the Social Cooperatives of the Campania Region and operates in different sectors, from thefamily mediation for specialized school assistance.
- Dr. Gerardo Rusciano -Agronomist and co-entitled consultant ofRusciano Domenico farm, deepened the concept ofGreen Jobs & Skills, explaining how the growing demand for professionals in the sustainability sector is linked to the creation of new jobs. Among the emerging sectors, highlighted therenewable energy, l’energy efficiency and thesustainable agriculture like key areas. He also underlined the importance of professional training and redevelopment programs to answer this growing question. A particular focus was placed on thebiological agriculture, Sector growing in Italy in Italy, that in 2020 saw beyond 2 millions of cultivated hectares.

The role of European partners Ainp and Zeus Consulting
After onecoffee break, The conference has resumed with a focus on the value of international collaboration. I partnerAiNP (Spain) eZeus Consulting (Greece) they presented their contribution to the Tree project, sharing experiences and strategies for effective training in the sustainability sector.
TheDott.ssa other nikushina (AiNP) and the Dott. Konstantinos Voukydis (Zeus Consulting) they explained how the Tree project facilitated the creation ofGreen professional training courses, highlighting the challenges and opportunities of the ecological transition at European level. The partners illustrated practical examples ofEnvironmental best practices adopted in the world of work, underlining the importance of transversal and digital skills in training for sustainability. AINP conducted acomparative analysis on training courses inItalia, Spain and Greece, studying the best practices in terms of ecological transition. From this research aComplete manual, intended forcompanies, professionals and stakeholders of the Green sector, which collects cases of study, market analysis and innovative strategies to improve the effectiveness of training courses in the environmental field.

Art at the service of sustainability: The "Green Generation" project
A particularly appreciated moment of the day was the presentation of thePhotographic project "Generation Green", made by the students of theIn Enrico Meditof San Giorgio a Cremano (THAT), guided byProf. Giuseppe Barbato, dalProf. Salvatore Napolitano and from theProf. Bianca Maria Nunziata.
At the end of the "Green Generation" photographic competition, promoted by Adim as part of the Tree project, Three winning photographs were selected, which together make up the collection"Greetings from the future". This project was born with the aim of stimulating a critical reflection between students on the impact of pollution and environmental degradation, Using the visual language of photography to imagine a future in which everyday life takes place in scenarios for collapse now.
The three classes of the EITI ENRICO MEDIA involved in the Tree project selected three main ideas, facing the issue of the pollution of the sea, of the air and fashiion Fashiion. Each photograph was accompanied by a text that, in a postcard form, plays on the contrast between the carefree tone typical of postcards and the drama of the content of the message.
The texts of the postcards:
- ARIA: “Dear men of the past, We live wrapped in a dense and opaque sky ... "
- FAST FASHION: “Dear men of the past, here in the future, The air is saturated with microplastics ... "
- Water: “Dear men of the past, Every drop of water is counted ... "
The images were made entirely of the school with the support of the teachers, without invasive use of digital post-production. The final effect of the photographs is deliberately alienating, offering "greetings from the future" that no one would like to receive, but that could become reality if we do not change our way of living the present.

The last moment of the conference was dedicated toprojection of a short film made by Adim, who retraced the path of the Tree project, the goals achieved and future prospects.
