A Comparative Analysis of Training Practices in Italy, Spain and Greece in the TREE Project

As part of the TREE project, in the months of January and February 2024, partners coming from Italy, Spain and Greece conducted desk research in their respective countries. Based on the information provided, it is clear that all three countries and all partners are focused on incorporating soft green skills into selections to prepare people for the evolving labor market and sustainability challenges. All three countries incorporate online and distance learning, in synchronous or asynchronous mode. Elements in presence as workshops, Thematic forums and on -site training favor a holistic learning experience. Italy and Spain place significant emphasis on practical aspects, con stage, workshops and company visits to improve practical skills. Spain and Greece highlight the importance of comprehensive multimedia teaching materials, in line with the objectives of the program and ensuring accessibility.
