L’AdIM srl, professional training body accredited by the Campania Region, as part of the Youth Guarantee Training Catalogue, organizes a course within the catering sector.
Course presentation
Il Corso per Cuoco si propone di dare una ben precisa predisposizione creativa su soggetti fondamentali come la Lievitazione, la Panificazione, la Pasticceria, le Carni ecc, così che gli aspiranti cuochi possano realizzare qualsiasi tipo di ricetta o lanciarsi nella loro creatività dove sapori e colori danno un grande piacere. L’allievo, apprenderà tutte le basi ed i segreti del mestiere frutto di una lunga esperienza tramite la pratica diretta. Il corso segue delle specifiche fasi di apprendimento che lo rendono professionale in ambito culinario. E con l’inserimento stage-lavorativo molte persone diplomate trovano lavoro ed intraprendono un lungo carriera.
SUBJECTS
1. Essere in grado di elaborare il menù e preparare i relativi piatti – 100 ore
2. mantenere le condizioni di igiene e sicurezza degli ambienti di lavoro – 50 ore
3. Essere in grado di effettuare il rifornimento delle forniture per un ristorante – 50 ore
Recipients
The course is open to N. 12 young people among the 18 and i 29 years participating in the Youth Guarantee initiative in Campania and in possession of the high school diploma or degree.
Methods of participation
Participation in the course is subject to the verification of the requirements of the training body.
Certificates
At the end of the course and after passing a final exam, a certificate of certificate of the skills acquired at national level will be issued. For the issue of the certification, the student is required is required to attend at least the 70% course.
