Programming – Monitoring Meeting 01/10/24
A new monitoring meeting will be held on 1 October, An important moment to consolidate what we built together and plan the next steps. Here is a preview of the themes that we will address:
Best Practices Manual: We are working intensely on the final version of the manual, which will be ready by 31 October. This document will be essential to share and disseminate our innovative methodologies during November multiplier events. Each partner is called to make its own contribution in the redefinition of the index, combining the strength to make the manual complete and useful to everyone. Collaboration is the key to the success of this tool!
TREE training course: Zeus and Ainp are already at work to complete the texts of the training modules, who will be ready by the end of the month. We are following Adim's guidelines to create quality content that can be useful in any context. In the first days of November we will meet again to discuss the best ideas together on how to implement the course and maximize its impact. This will be a crucial moment to develop the strategies to be adopted.
November multiplier event: In November we will organize a great event, which will involve at least 25 participants in each partner country. It will be the perfect opportunity to share with the public the results obtained so far and spread our methodologies. Planning is already in progress, And all partners are working to make sure the event is a success.
Situational scenarios: Zeus has drawn a roadmap for the development of multimedia scenarios that will represent key situations of the project. Each partner will contribute the description of three scenarios, which will subsequently be transformed by Zeus into visual and engaging format. The goal is to complete this work by February 2025.
