Monday 8 September will take place first WEB startup meeting of the European project BAG- BRINGING SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE INTO TOURISM”, dedicated to sustainable tourism, in which the three partners from different European countries will participate: AdIM Srl as leader, with the support of the Demagò Social Cooperative, l'Agenzia Internazionale NEWPROJECT dalla Spagna e CROATIAN OFFICE FOR CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION dalla Croazia.
The meeting will be an opportunity to introduce yourself and get to know each other better, present the general objectives of the initiative and define the first operational steps.
Project management will be discussed in detail, of roles, of the tasks and responsibilities of each partner, defining the design methodology and organizational structure of the future European network.
The distribution of the budget and the reporting methods will be evaluated, to ensure that every financial aspect is transparent and well organised. Furthermore, the project timetable will be defined in a timely manner, setting a date for the first physical meeting between the partners involved.
The day will end with a focus on the dissemination plan: the best strategies for disseminating the project's activities and results will be discussed, ensuring that the impact of the BAG project is broad and significant.
The event promises to be an important opportunity for dialogue and co-creation, with the aim of promoting a new vision of tourism, more attentive to the needs of communities and the protection of the environment.
