GOALS
The announcement turns to the third sector organizations of Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily with the aim of supporting concrete processes of social and working reintegration of people in criminal execution, favoring its progressive autonomy, with the intent to implement the re -educational function of the penalty and reduce recurrence rates in the long run.
Fundable actions
The funded projects will adopt an integrated and oriented approach to give a real and effective 'second possibility' to prisoners with definitive residual punishment not exceeding four years intra or extra moenia, With particular attention to the situations of greater fragility.
All projects financed must include the employment component as a tool for redemption and social inclusion of prisoners, favoring the dynamic encounter between demand and supply of work, also through the activation and/or enhancement of services aimed at guaranteeing adequate connection inside-the prison.
The interventions will have to integrate with existing policies and public resources and encourage shared programming between public, private and third sector and create or strengthen work and community contexts through raising awareness of the productive world e, more generally, of citizenship.
The projects must have a duration of not less than 36 and not exceeding 48 months.
Eligible bodies
Partnerships must be composed of at least 2 Third sector organizations in addition to any competent penitentiary structure based on the type of intervention proposed and the situation of the people involved. Local institutions will also be able to participate (social services, surveillance judiciary, courts, etc.), schools, trade associations, Employment centers and above all companies belonging to the local and national entrepreneurial fabric.
Financial allocation available
The announcement provides an overall amount of 3 million euros.
Extent of the contribution
The required contribution must be by Massimo 400 thousand euros.
The proposals must provide for a share of co-financing, made up entirely of financial resources, equal to at least the 20% the total cost of the project, indicating the sources of the loan.
Methods and procedures for presentation
The project proposals, accompany all the required documentation, They must be completed and sent exclusively online via the Chàiros platform within the hours 13:00 of the 25 September 2024.
The announcement is divided into two phases: The first aimed at selecting proposals with greater potential impact on the territory of intervention and the second of executive design, aimed at enriching the proposal, also through the modification of the partnership and of critical aspects detected in the initial evaluation.
