The Single National Fund for Tourism 2024. On the Mitur portal, the notice of expression of interest was published to submit the requests for contribution. The resources that the Ministry has allocated to the regions and autonomous provinces (called a share 80%) they amount to 16 millions of euros for current expenditure e 30 millions for the capital account one, while the resources of direct competence of the Mitur (called a share 20%) they amount to 4 millions for current expenditure e 7,5 millions for the capital account one.
The beneficiaries of the contribution to the share of the 20% I am:
1.a) territorial administrations and their instrumental bodies (regions, local authorities, Unions of Municipalities, Mountain Communities);
- b) public bodies;
- c) public goods dealers;
- d) The cultural and university institutions of public law, also in aggregate form;
- e) The foundations that carry out their institutional activity in the activities of the promotion of the territorial tourist system, identified in the articles 1 e 2 of the programming act;
- f) The legally recognized associations registered in the register of legal persons referred to in Presidential Decree. n. 361/2000 that have the statutory purpose or the constitutive act consistent with the purposes of the National Tourism Fund and which carry out their associative activity in the activities of the activity of promoting the territorial tourist system, identified in the articles 1 e 2 of the programming act;
- g) Third sector entities;
- h) The formally established committees that carry out their associative activity in the activities of promoting the territorial tourist system identified in the articles 1 e 2 of the programming act;
- i) Sports Federations;
- j) Subjects in public-private partnership;
- k) civilly recognized ecclesiastical bodies.
In detail, in relation to the methods for submitting the proposals relating to the share of 20%, The notice provides that, To obtain the contribution, You must present your design proposal starting from 30 April 2024, through the appropriate computer platform.
The assessment of the received takes place in compliance with the chronological order of presentation.

The documentation must be complete with the following elements, indicated, also, according to the article 5, paragraph 7 e 8 the act of programming of current part and article 5, paragraph 7 e 8, of the deed of programming of capital account resources
Letter of presentation of the intervention with indication of the tourist aspects of the same, and the amount of the contribution required to apply to the resources of the national fund for tourism, specifying whether of current part or capital account e, in particular, the following attachments:
Report or feasibility study containing the detailed description of the event, the objectives and purposes of the same, in order to emphasize the tourist value of the event itself, foreign participation;
Intervention card - as per the attached model – Reporting the following data:
1) denomination of the intervention;
2) brief description of the intervention and methods provided for its implementation;
3) organizers and actuators and the beneficiary;
4) Cup assigned;
5) cost, including a financial plan of the event divided into revenue, in which the sources of coverage of the expenses and the subjects who provide there must be specified, and under exits with the cost items specified. For local authorities, for capital expenditure, The resolution of the Council with General Secretariat is required, the Administration undertakes to allocate the resources necessary for co -financing in the balance sheet. The satisfaction of this provision in the budget of the reference year is a requirement for the transfer of resources;
6) financial coverage and co -financing share, as per the deed of programming of resources;
7) Location of the intervention;
8) expected results;
9) target;
10) chronoprogram, from which the individual phases of the event and any subsequent phases are temporarily evident;
11) legally binding acts and treasury accounts/current accounts to which to transfer the resources;
12) The communication and promotion initiatives of the event and the actual visibility that interventions guarantee to the Ministry of Tourism, as specified in the programming documents.

The proposals that in the evaluation of the intervention or investment have obtained a score at least to at least to 35 points on 70.
For the realization of the interventions or investments that have obtained a score equal to or greater than 35 points e, therefore, They can be financed with the resources of the National Fund for Tourism, be it current or capital account, a contribution equal to the 75% of the total cost of the proposal presented, compatibly with the resources available.
The Commission will evaluate the congruity of the project with the programming documents, as well as the tourist purpose, also considering the objectives of the strategic tourism plan 2023-2027.
The same commission will transmit the determinations taken, including the allocation recognized to the Secretary General.
For the submission of applications with relative documentation, they must be sent exclusively on the dedicated platform, open from hours 12:00 of the 30 April, up to the closing expected at hours 17:00 of the 30 October 2024, at the following link: istanze.ministeroturismo.gov.it.
