Il 27 novembre 2024 si è svolto con grande successo l’evento multiplier organizzato da AdIM, Agenzia di informazione e formazione, presso la sua sede. Questa giornata ha visto la partecipazione di una variegata comunità di studenti, professionisti, istituzioni e volontari, tutti uniti per discutere e apprendere riguardo le competenze verdi e l’utilizzo delle tecnologie innovative nel campo della formazione.
Evento Multiplier del 27 Novembre 2024: Un Passo Importante Verso le Green Skills e l’Innovazione Didattica
L’incontro si è aperto con una panoramica sul progetto ERASMUS+ TREE “Training and Resources to Enable a green Era” finanziato dall’Unione Europea, sviluppato da AdIM, in collaborazione con la cooperativa sociale Demagò ed i ragazzi del Servizio Civile Universale, e in partnership con Zeus Consulting e AiNP. Il progetto mira a promuovere le green skills necessarie per affrontare le sfide ambientali e il cambiamento climatico, esplorando come tali competenze possano essere applicate in diversi settori professionali, permettendo di ottenere una maggiore qualifica a ricoprire posizioni inerenti ai così detto “green jobs”. La giornata ha offerto una riflessione approfondita sull’importanza di acquisire queste competenze nel contesto di un mercato del lavoro in continua evoluzione.
Dopo l’introduzione al progetto, l’attenzione si è concentrata sui moduli formativi creati da AdIM in collaborazione con i suoi partner. In particolare, sono stati esplorati alcuni moduli specifici, utilizzati per testare l’efficacia della metodologia didattica e stimolare un dibattito costruttivo tra i partecipanti. Questi moduli, pensati per rispondere alle esigenze specifiche del territorio e dei partecipanti, sono stati presentati con l’ausilio di slides interattive, favorendo la comprensione e il coinvolgimento attivo di tutti. In tal senso ci si è impegnati molto a favorire l’interazione e pertanto il dibattito come strumento alla comprensione delle tematiche trattate e a quello che è l’obiettivo di tutto il progetto.
Una delle innovazioni più apprezzate dell’evento è stata l’introduzione delle video lezioni realizzate tramite un software di intelligenza artificiale. Questi contenuti multimediali sono stati progettati per rendere l’apprendimento più dinamico e coinvolgente, mantenendo alta l’attenzione su temi cruciali legati alle green skills e alla sostenibilità. L’uso dell’intelligenza artificiale ha permesso di offrire una formazione all’avanguardia, facilitando una fruizione delle informazioni più fluida e accessibile.
Nel pomeriggio, l’evento ha introdotto la piattaforma Minerva, uno strumento essenziale per l’accesso ai materiali didattici del progetto TREE. Minerva permette ai partecipanti di iscriversi ai corsi, di seguire i moduli formativi in modo flessibile e interattivo, e di fruire dei contenuti in modo completamente online, secondo le proprie esigenze. Questo approccio innovativo permette di adattarsi alle diverse necessità formative, rendendo l’apprendimento facilmente accessibile a tutti i partecipanti.
In conclusione, l’evento ha rappresentato un’opportunità preziosa per discutere e approfondire i temi legati alla sostenibilità e alle competenze professionali necessarie per affrontare le sfide ambientali del futuro. On November 27, 2024, the multiplier event organized by AdIM, an information and training agency, took place with great success at its headquarters. This day saw the participation of a diverse community of students, professionals, institutions and volunteers, all united to discuss and learn about green skills and the use of innovative technologies in the field of education.
Multiplier Event of November 27, 2024: An Important Step Towards Green Skills and Educational Innovation
The meeting opened with an overview of the ERASMUS+ TREE project “Training and Resources to Enable a green Era” funded by the European Union, developed by AdIM, in collaboration with the Demagò social cooperative and the Servizio Civile Universale’s volunteers, and in partnership with Zeus Consulting and AiNP. The project aims to promote the green skills needed to address environmental challenges and climate change, exploring how these skills can be applied in different professional sectors, allowing people to obtain a higher qualification to hold positions related to the so-called “green jobs”. In the afternoon, the event introduced the Minerva platform, an essential tool for accessing the teaching materials of the TREE project. Minerva allows participants to enroll in courses, to follow training modules in a flexible and interactive way, and to use the content completely online, according to their needs. This innovative approach allows it to adapt to different training needs, making learning easily accessible to all participants.
In conclusion, the event represented a valuable opportunity to discuss and deepen the issues related to sustainability and the professional skills needed to face the environmental challenges of the future.
