Nel contesto attuale, la transizione ecologica rappresenta una sfida globale che richiede un cambio di paradigma nel mondo della formazione e del lavoro. Per supportare questo cambiamento, il progetto Erasmus+ TREE – Training and Resources to Enable a Green Era ha sviluppato un Manuale delle Buone Pratiche sulle competenze green trasversali, frutto di un lavoro approfondito di ricerca, analisi e confronto con esperti del settore.
Un percorso basato su ricerca e confronto
La realizzazione del manuale è stata il risultato di un’attività strutturata su più livelli:
Ricerca desk: ogni partner del progetto ha analizzato le iniziative formative esistenti in ambito green economy, individuando le competenze chiave richieste dal mercato del lavoro e le metodologie più efficaci per la loro acquisizione.
Workshop nazionali: sono stati organizzati incontri in ogni Paese coinvolto nel progetto, coinvolgendo professionisti dell’istruzione e formazione professionale (IeFP), aziende e esperti di green economy, per definire i principali driver delle competenze sostenibili.
Interviste con stakeholder: sono state raccolte testimonianze da aziende, formatori e professionisti attivi nel settore, con l’obiettivo di individuare le best practices già applicate e le esigenze emergenti.
Sviluppo di situational scenarios: per rendere più concreta e applicabile la formazione, sono stati sviluppati scenari pratici che illustrano le competenze e il mindset necessari per promuovere la green economy, non solo in ambito lavorativo ma anche nella vita quotidiana.
Contenuti e obiettivi del manuale
Il Manuale delle Buone Pratiche TREE è pensato per essere uno strumento di riferimento per formatori, studenti, professionisti e aziende interessati ad adottare strategie di sostenibilità. I suoi principali obiettivi sono:
- Fornire linee guida pratiche per l’integrazione delle competenze green nei percorsi formativi e professionali;
- Condividere modelli di successo adottati da aziende e istituzioni per promuovere la sostenibilità;
- Supportare l’innovazione didattica attraverso metodologie di apprendimento attivo e strumenti digitali;
- Incentivare il cambiamento comportamentale, promuovendo abitudini di consumo responsabili e stili di vita sostenibili.

Best Practice Handbook: A Key Outcome of the TREE Project
As part of the TREE – Training and Resources to Enable a Green Era project, we have developed a Best Practices Handbook aimed at supporting professionals, educators, and organizations in the transition towards a greener and more sustainable economy. This manual is the result of extensive territorial research, interviews with stakeholders, and the analysis of real-life scenarios, with the goal of identifying and promoting the most effective methodologies for the development of green skills.
A Handbook Based on Concrete Experiences
To ensure the relevance and applicability of the contents, each project partner carried out desk research on existing training initiatives in the field of the green economy. Additionally, national workshops were organized in each country involved in the project, bringing together vocational education and training professionals (VET), businesses, and experts in emerging green professions to define the essential drivers for developing green skills.
The research was further enriched by conducting interviews with key stakeholders to investigate best practices and identify success stories. The results of these investigations contributed to the creation of national reports, which provided a solid foundation for the development of the manual.
