The next project web meeting will be dedicated to defining the strategic and operational aspects linked to the start-up and management of the activities.
Among them general questions, the partnership will discuss the management plan, financial rules and administrative models, as well as communication flows and the presentation of documents already available. Particular attention will be paid to the definition of a shared platform for recording and tracking project communications.
As for the project activities, the discussion will focus on overall management, on quality control, on coordination meetings and fund transfer procedures in the first phase., with particular reference to the implementation of focus groups, functional to the development of training modules and the Re-AI platform. The discussion will also address the issues of professional training and skills development, of diffusion strategies, sustainability and exploitation of results. The meeting will therefore represent a key moment to align partners on administrative aspects, financial and technical, and to consolidate a shared vision of the next phases of the project.
