The international consortium takes stock of the development of EQF Level training courses 5, focusing on multilingualism, multimedia content and quality standardization.

Day 9 The monthly project meeting was held in July BLOOM.25 – Balkans Learn for Opportunities in Organic and Sustainable Markets, which saw the active participation of all the partners of the international consortium.
The meeting represented a fundamental moment to take stock of the progress of the Work Package 2, dedicated to the development of training courses, and to define strategies aimed at guaranteeing an excellent teaching offer, accessible and innovative.
Towards an excellent training package
The project is progressing very positively towards finalization 5 Level training modules 5 EQF (European Qualifications Framework). The partners are working in synergy to develop content that responds to emerging needs in the organic and sustainable agriculture sector.
A key outcome that emerged from the meeting was the decision to adopt a common and standardized model for educational planning. This approach ensures that all modules, despite being developed by partners from different countries, share the same logical structure, the same level of detail and the same focus on quality, ensuring a consistent learning experience for all learners.
Multimedia innovation and accessibility
One of the most important decisions that emerged from the discussion concerns the enrichment of the learning experience through technological innovation and inclusiveness. To overcome language barriers and facilitate the understanding of complex topics, the consortium agreed to:
- Integrate teaching materials with multimedia supports: not just static documents, but real video tutorials that guide learners through the contents.
- Ensure full linguistic accessibility: all training contents will be translated and made available in all the languages of the partners involved in the project. This strategic choice aims to ensure that training is truly inclusive and usable by all professionals in the sector, regardless of their command of the English language.
A step forward for sustainability
With the training package on its way, the BLOOM.25 project confirms itself as a fundamental player in the panorama of international cooperation, laying the foundations for the creation of new professional skills that will be the engine of the ecological and sustainable transition in the Balkan region.
