
The 21 March 2025, at the Vasari room of the Sant'Anna dei Lombardi monumental complex in Naples, The final conference to further spread the project TREE – Training and Resources to Enable a Green Era, funded by the Erasmus+ programme 2021-2027 and promoted by Adim Srl in collaboration with AINP (Spain) e Zeus Consulting (Greece) and his results. The meeting will be a moment of reflection on the challenges of the ecological transition and on the opportunities offered by professional training in the sustainability and that offered and implemented within this project, at the same time trying to involve an even wider audience. Therefore the object of the conference will not only be to follow the future environmental scenarios that will be encountered, But the project will be exposed and all the phases and activities from which it was composed together with the final result preparatory to training towards a Green culture and mentality, in a transversal sense with respect to work and professional areas, of human resources.
For this purpose, The agenda provides for a series of interventions by the figures responsible for creating and disseminating the project. At 10.00, After the registration of the participants, Luciano Morning of Adim Srl will welcome those present, followed by the introduction of the moderator Irene April, which will present the objectives and results of the Tree project. The Tree project has set itself the goal of providing tools and knowledge to face the ecological transition, forming professionals with specific skills in the field of sustainability and promoting a change of mentality in daily habits and production processes. It was a collaboration work between institutions, experts and young people, with a particular focus on the role of training in the construction of a greenest future.
The photographic work will also be presented during the event “Green generation”, created by the students of the Media Institute as part of a competition promoted by Adim. The project stimulated students to reflect on the environmental impact through photography, imagining post-apocalyptic scenarios to raise awareness of the public on the urgency of the climatic issue. The collection of winning images, entitled “Greetings from the future”, will be previewed, offering a powerful visual representation of environmental challenges. This aspect was evaluated necessary and appropriate to implement, as the school area is the first that should provide training. In this case, It was therefore considered appropriate to inform the new generations to current affairs in a more in -depth sense and prepare it and possibly modify it, Starting with a creative approach.
To conclude the conference, Irene Aprile will present the results of the Tree project, followed by the projection of a short film made by Adim, which summarizes the path carried out and the future prospects of training in the ecological field. The event will end at 13:30 With the final greetings.
