Course presentation
Il corso ha l’obiettivo di formare un barista che si occupi, sulla base delle richieste ricevute, della preparazione di bevande e semplici snack caldi e freddi, anche curandone l’aspetto estetico e di servirli al banco. Il barista predispone e allestisce gli ambienti di lavoro, verifica la disponibilità dei prodotti in magazzino e gestisce gli acquisti contattando direttamente i fornitori. Nello svolgimento delle proprie mansioni è tenuto al rispetto di quanto previsto dal sistema di autocontrollo per la sicurezza dei prodotti alimentari.
SUBJECTS
1. Titolo Accoglienza e assistenza al cliente – 50 ore;
2. Titolo Applicazione del sistema di autocontrollo per la sicurezza dei prodotti alimentari – 50 ore;
3. Titolo Realizzazione del servizio di distribuzione di pasti e bevande – 50 ore;
4. Titolo Riscossione dei pagamenti e rilascio delle ricevute – 50 ore.
Recipients
The course is open to N. 12 young people among the 18 and i 29 years participating in the Youth Guarantee initiative in Campania and in possession of the high school diploma or degree.
Methods of participation
Participation in the course is subject to the verification of the requirements of the training body.
Certificates
At the end of the course and after passing a final exam, a certificate of certificate of the skills acquired at national level will be issued. For the issue of the certification, the student is required is required to attend at least the 70% course.
