FREE COURSE FOR FLOOR SERVICE OPERATOR
L 'ADIM SRL, professional training body accredited by the Campania Region, as part of the Youth Guarantee Training Catalogue, organizes a course within the catering sector.
Course presentation
The course aims to train a technical-specialist figure: the floor service operator. This figure guarantees the order and cleanliness of the rooms and common areas within accommodation facilities. He takes care of making the beds, ensure order inside the rooms, to clean them, to supply them with the necessary equipment, to check the presence of toilet accessories by providing, if necessary, to refueling, to check the minibar consumption, and take care of its supply. Check for faults and/or malfunctions.
SUBJECTS
1. Customer reception and assistance – 50 ore
2. Set up and management of receptive and equipped spaces for overnight stays – 100 ore
3. Taking care of the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas and structures – 50 ore
Recipients
The course is open to N. 12 young people among the 18 and i 29 years participating in the Youth Guarantee initiative in Campania and in possession of the high school diploma or degree.
Methods of participation
Participation in the course is subject to the verification of the requirements of the training body.
Certificates
At the end of the course and after passing a final exam, a certificate of certificate of the skills acquired at national level will be issued. For the issue of the certification, the student is required is required to attend at least the 70% course.
