We have come to a new stage of the project TREE – Training and Resources to Enable a Green Era, developed in the context of the Erasmus+ K2 program.

The steps carried out so far are the result of the synergistic work of the partner network that, thanks to their different nature, they allowed to have different tools available and all useful to carry on the prefixed program.

The group thus established allowed the achievement of results of great impact, together they guaranteed an integrated approach, producing innovative resources for the world of training, through the formulation of a Best practices manual which consists of a detailed guide dedicated to the development of green skills, made with the particular commitment of Ainp.

Presented during the multiplier events of the respective nations in November 2024, The manual is proposed as a reference for educators, professionals and institutions, outlining strategies to integrate sustainability in training policies. The work done, starting from the decisive support of the European Union, He offered concrete responses to the transformations of the labor market that needs the implementation of transversal green skills in a continuously evolving work landscape. Starting from the manual, The contents of the Tree training course, designed to offer an advanced educational experience. The training modules, Translated into different languages ​​and enriched with technological tools such as artificial intelligence, they were designed to involve participants in an interactive path, favoring dialogue on topics related to sustainability. Video dynamic lessons and accessible materials have made the course a precious resource for the spread of the Green Skills.

Multiplicator events constituted another fundamental component of the project. With sessions that involved a minimum of 25 participants for each partner, These meetings promoted a wide sharing of the results. The event organized by Adim the 27 November 2024 represented a moment of particular importance, bringing together students, Professionals and institutional representatives to deepen the importance of green skills and emerging technologies.

One of the main innovations of the project was the introduction of situational scenarios multimedia. These interactive tools, whose implementation will be completed by February 2025, enrich the training experience, offering realistic contexts to apply acquired knowledge. Zeus Consulting, with the contribution of the other partners, developed a clear roadmap for their realization.

The platform e-learning minved made available by ADIM played a key role in facilitating access to the contents of the project, whose intuitive use has been explained by outlining it in its different phases and methods during the multiplier event. With its intuitive interface, it allowed users to follow the courses, access the materials and measure the skills acquired, making learning more engaging and accessible to an international public.

With the imminent conclusion scheduled for February 2025, The Tree Consortium can celebrate the results achieved.
