Course presentation

Every training context (classroom, group, business team) is characterized by its "non-homogeneous composition" or a diversification of the participants who, or because "mandates" or by degree of motivation inevitably influence the progress and learning of the entire setting.

Evaluation of initial skills of the participants; Teacher coordination (teaching calendars, teaching materials, etc); Evaluation of 'classroom climate’ and the progress of the course
