
Il 2 March 2026 The Kick-Off Meeting of the project took place in Naples BLOOM.25 – Balkans Learn for Opportunities in Organic and Sustainable Markets, an international initiative that aims to promote training and cooperation between European partners for the development of opportunities in the sector of organic and sustainable markets.
The meeting represented the official start of the project and brought together the partners involved to define the main lines of work, share common objectives and strengthen collaboration between participating organizations. During the morning, each partner presented their organization, briefly illustrating the activities carried out and your expected contribution to the project.
One of the central moments of the meeting was dedicated to the general presentation of the project and its various operational phases. Participants discussed the organization of future activities, with particular attention to the planning of transnational meetings and coordination between partners, underlining the importance of communication and preventive sharing of any changes or critical issues.
During the day, the main project management tools were also presented, including the document of planning of activities, the definition of roles and of responsibility of the partner and the methods of monitoring of work. Particular attention was paid to administrative and financial management, with the sharing of guidelines for reporting and budget distribution.
Ample space was also reserved for aspects related to quality project, at the management of the risks and to the strategy of communication. The partners had the opportunity to discuss the communication plan and the digital tools that will accompany the dissemination of the project results, contributing with suggestions and observations to improve the effectiveness of the planned activities.
The meeting concluded with the definition of the next operational steps, including the organization of initial activities, the structuring of the project management system and the planning of upcoming training and collaborative initiatives.
The Kick-Off Meeting marked the beginning of a path of international cooperation that aims to strengthen skills, encourage the exchange of good practices and promote new opportunities in the field of organic and sustainable markets, involving partners from various European countries.
