The Campania Region with a financial allocation of € 15.000.000,00, supports initiatives aimed at the inclusion and autonomy of people with disabilities.
| ESF Fund+ Priority Specific Objective, PR Action Campania FSE+ 2021-2027: Priority 3 Social inclusion, ESO4.11, Action 3.k.1. Object: Promotion of social inclusion, autonomy and full participation in the life of the community of people with disabilities, through the creation of personalized routes, multidimensional and person-centered, in coherence with the paradigm of the Individual Life Project, personalized and participatory. Objective: Support the development of integrated management models, based on the multidimensional assessment of need and the construction of Life Projects aimed at: • encourage the development of skills • promote active participation in social life, educational, training and work • support the person's self-determination • strengthen relational skills • support the role of families and social networks • prevent and combat conditions of marginality and exclusion beneficiary: Territorial areas of the Campania Region, in single or associated form; Legal form: Territorial Areas/Territorial Social Areas/Consortia. Territorial scope: Campania region. Application configuration: in single or associated form, with a lead area. Mandatory partnership: with Third Sector entities and accredited operators based in Campania. Optional partnership: Employers' associations. Participation limits: only one partnership per subject, except employers' associations. ATS Constitution: requested in case of associated form. There are no specific size or economic sector requirements, since the beneficiaries are local public bodies and Third Sector entities. Recipients: Donne, men and non-binary people with disabilities, residents in Campania, identified pursuant to the article 3 of the Law 5 February 1992, n. 104, regardless of age and exceeding any age limit; Financing actions: Actions consistent with the purposes of this Notice can be financed, with the D.G.R. n. 193/2026, with the relevant Schedule D and with the individual Life Projects, personalized and participatory activities activated within the territorial project. – Multidimensional assessment and definition of the Life Plan: activities aimed at integrated needs analysis, of resources, of operation, of the person's aspirations and life context, preparatory to the definition and updating of the Life Project; – Personal autonomy, social and relational: interventions to strengthen the skills necessary for daily life, to communication, to mobility, relationship management and active participation; – Educational and socio-educational interventions: individual or group activities, consistent with the objectives of the Life Project and aimed at developing personal skills, social and relational; Social inclusion and participation in community life: territorial routes, cultural, sportsmen, associative and community aimed at active participation in ordinary life contexts; – Orientation, training and work inclusion: courses aimed at developing skills, to the enhancement of personal skills and access to training opportunities, laboratory, internship or work inclusion, in compliance with current legislation; – Support and accompaniment of families: information actions, orientation, accompaniment and strengthening of the skills of the families involved in the courses; – Independent living, living and permanence in the context of life: interventions aimed at strengthening living skills, to permanence in the living context and to experimenting with independent living paths; – Aids and assistive technologies: acquisition and use of aids, digital tools, assistive technologies and functional equipment for autonomy, to accessibility, to communication and participation; – Tutoring, facilitation and case management: accompanying activities, tutoring, mediation, connection between services and individualized monitoring of routes; – Further consistent actions: further actions provided they are consistent with the purposes of the Notice, with the Life Project and with the D.G.R. Sheet. n. 193/2026, to be evaluated during the design coherence check. The allocation of resources provides: Fixed fee (20%): € 3.000.000,00, distributed equally among 60 Social Territorial Areas, con € 50.000,00 each. Variable fee (80%): € 12.000.000,00, assigned based on territorial needs. The financing is disbursed in three tranches: 60% as an advance, 30% in progress, and final balance, subject to regional reporting and verification. Eligible expenses: Eligible for financing are the expenses incurred by the beneficiaries for the implementation of the planned activities, expenses for internal and external personnel employed in the planning, management, coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting of activities; – expenses for specialist services, educational, socio-educational, of tutoring, facilitation, accompaniment, orientation and support for autonomy; – expenses for training activities, indicative, workshops and social and work inclusion; – expenses for the acquisition of goods, supplies, materials, aids, assistive technologies and tools functional to the autonomy and participation of the recipients; – expenses for services and benefits functional to the realization of Life Projects;expenses related to the participation of the recipients in the project activities, where admissible and provided for by the implementing acts; – transport costs, insurance, consumables and other costs directly connected to the implementation of the interventions. Expenses relating to training activities, guidance and support for work inclusion possibly foreseen in the context of individual Life Projects, personalized and participated are recognized through the use of Simplified Cost Options (OCS), where applicable, e, in particular, to Standard Cost Units (UCS) in force within the Campania FSE+ PR 2021–2027, as required by applicable legislation, from the Program manuals, by the concession deed and by the provisions adopted by the Managing Authority. Period: The financed interventions must have a duration of 24 months starting from the start date of the activities, except for any extensions duly motivated and previously authorized by the regional Administration. |
