Starting a business starting from an idea can seem like a complex challenge, especially for those who are just starting out. To support young people and people looking for employment in this process, born on Self-employment project, an initiative financed by PNRR – NextGenerationEU which offers a completely free training and support program for business creation.
Who is the route aimed at?
The project is intended for young people aged between 18 and i 35 years (not accomplished), unemployed, unemployed or NEET, enrolled in the GOL Program and residing in Italy. The objective is to provide the necessary tools to transform a business idea into a concrete and sustainable project.
A journey of 100 hours entirely online
The program has a total duration of 100 ore and takes place entirely in mode Synchronous FAD, through live streaming lessons, allowing participants to follow the course comfortably from home.
The training is divided into two phases.
Phase A – Collective training (60 ore)
The first phase involves group lessons, with classes made up of a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 12 participants. During this module, all the fundamental aspects of starting an entrepreneurial business are addressed, among which:
- Business Model Canvas;
- market and competition analysis;
- taxation and social security;
- digital skills;
- entrepreneurial soft skills.
Phase B – Personalized accompaniment (40 ore)
The second phase is dedicated to individual or small group support, up to a maximum of three participants. Thanks to the support of experts, each participant will be able to develop their own Business Plan, receiving technical-specialist support aimed at realizing your business project.
How to access the project
To participate you must be included in the GOL Program. The access path involves some simple steps:
- contact the competent Employment Center for your area;
- carry out the assessment required by the GOL Programme;
- sign the Personalized Service Agreement;
- obtain assignment to the self-employment path;
- contact the organizational secretariat to register for the next available classroom.
Participation in the Self-Employment Project is totally free, thanks to funding from PNRR – NextGenerationEU, in compliance with the principle of the prohibition of double financing.
At the end of the route, with a frequency equal to at least the 70% of each phase, participants will receive:
- the Certificate of transparency of the acquired skills;
- the independent Digital Skills Certificate relating to the dedicated module of 10 ore.
Participating in the Self-Employment Project means being able to count on a structured path that allows you to develop a professional Business Plan, acquire certified entrepreneurial skills and receive personalized support in defining your business idea.
Furthermore, the project represents an important opportunity to prepare to access the incentives provided by the Cohesion Decree, all following online activities, without the need for travel.
Incentives available after the course
Completed the training course with excellent evaluation, you can access incentives for self-employment with a reward of 10 points on 17 in the ranking.
Financing to 100% for following measurements:
Self-employment Central-North:
– non-refundable voucher up to an amount of 30.000 euro (elevating to 40.000 euro)
– contribution of 65% non-repayable for investment programs that have a maximum amount of 120.000 euro for the regions of Central-Northern Italy
– contribution of 60% non-repayable for investment programs that have an amount between 120.000 euro e 200.000 euro
I remain in the south 2.0:
– non-refundable voucher up to an amount of 40.000 euro (elevating to 50.000 euro)
– contribution of 75% non-repayable for investment programs that have a maximum amount of 120.000 euro for the southern territories, Islands and Zes.
– contribution of 70% non-repayable for investment programs that have an amount between 120.000 euro e 200.000 euro
Both measures exclude agricultural sectors, fishing and aquaculture, as provided in the articles 17 e 18 del DL 60/2024. The application is submitted online via the platformInvitalia, with evaluation within 90 days in chronological order.
