Il 10 September 2026 Periodic updating of the project partners was held Balkans Learn for Opportunities in Organic and Sustainable Markets (BLOOM.25 – Grant Agreement No. 101242474).
The meeting marked decisive steps towards the implementation of training paths and technological innovation in the professional education and training sector (VET).
The key points of the meeting:
- Training Modules (EQF Level 5): The contents of the modules 2, 3 e 5 they are complete, while the modules 1 e 4 are in the finalization phase. The need to standardize the visual templates and structure the platform with was reiterated 5 subtopics per module, ensuring 20 hours of educational content compliant with rigorous EU certification requirements.
- Evaluation and Localization: The assessments include practical activities and one feedback questionnaire per module. Emphasys will take care of the loading of the materials, first in English and subsequently in local languages (albanese, Greek and Italian).
- Mobility in Italy (T2.4): Officially confirmed for 30 teachers (15 from Albania e 15 he gave Kosovo) dal 30 November to 6 December. The AIT agency will manage registrations via a unified form to streamline procedures.
- Innovation and Blockchain (T3.3): AdIM and Emphasys will lead the integration of a blockchain system for registration, digital issuing and verification of certifications, ensuring maximum transparency and security.
Next step: Dedicated technical meetings are scheduled between AdIM and Emphasys to define the requirements of the blockchain system, while the work on finalizing the content structure and templates of the platform will continue. The project confirms its commitment to strengthening digital and sustainable skills in the Balkans.
