Functional recovery interventions and valorisation of assets confiscated from organized crime in Campania – Public notice
E’ was published in BURC n. 25 of the 03/04/2023 il executive decree no. 9 of the 28/03/2023 of the UOD 06 “Security and Legality” of the Office for Federalism and Territorial Systems and Integrated Security which approves the Public Notice called “Regional Law of 16 April 2012, n. 7. Public notice for the granting of contributions to support the management of confiscated assets - 2023". The financial resources available for the implementation of the initiative are equal to euros 300.000,00.
The notice is addressed to the bodies or associations referred to in the art. 48 comma 3 letter c) of D. Lgs. 159/2011 who have received a confiscated asset as a concession. The aforementioned subjects can also participate in an aggregate form, through Contract Networks, the A.T.S.. by A.T.I., established or to be established.
The projects admitted to financing must be carried out in the confiscated property of which they are assigned, and predict one or more actions, listed below, aimed at support and incentive:
a) of start-up projects that the corporate entity entrusted with the asset intends to carry out on the same in order to innovate and expand the range of activities and services envisaged by the agreement with which the confiscated asset was entrusted to it;
b) of management innovations, technological, organisational, commercial and productive activities aimed at increasing competitiveness, diversification, the expansion and increase of the offer of products and/or services;
c) of digitalisation and the achievement of adequate quality standards of production and performance (including the implementation of social quality plans, certification and accreditation);
d) the promotion or strengthening of the presence on markets other than the regional one, also abroad with the related internationalization interventions;
e) the promotion and implementation of social economy practices and supply chains through the use of confiscated assets in a network perspective;
f) of the definition of quality brands aimed at building a supply chain of agri-food products grown and produced on land stolen from the mafias;
g) of events, fairs and events to be held on confiscated assets and related to legality issues, of the social economy and social justice, also with a view to enriching the cultural and tourist offer of Campania in a perspective of social and/or experiential tourism, promotion or strengthening of the company's presence on markets other than the regional one, also foreign. Such events will have to, under penalty of exclusion, be achieved in at least 3 confiscated assets located in at least two different provinces and guarantee free participation;
h) of promoting the culture of legality, of active citizenship, of cultural exchanges, of volunteering through concrete educational and participation experiences.
The notice provides for the granting of a contribution pursuant to and within the limits of the Regulation (UE) n. 1407 of the 18 December 2013 relating to the application of the articles 107 e 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to "de minimis" aid. The “de minimis” contribution is granted in the amount of 100% of eligible expenses up to the maximum amount of € 50.000,00, both for candidate interventions in single form and in associated form.
