The objective of the course is to make participants understand the basic concepts of Information and Communication Technologies, understand the structure of a computer system (hardware e software), providing them with the necessary skills to be able to distinguish the different PC devices, know how to carry out the fundamental operations of the operating system, use Power Point, text processing, Microsoft Word and Excel at a basic level, know how to navigate the Internet safely and search for the desired information, use email and social networks.
