The second edition of the food and wine event was presented at the Vinitaly show in Verona in Verona Eruption of taste, promoted by the National Association Oronero – From the writings to the fire. The fair, sponsored by the Campania Region and the Faculty of Agriculture of Portici, is scheduled from 12 al 14 October 2019 at the National Railway Museum of Pietrarsa, non -random location as it was born on the stone burned by an eruption of Vesuvius and theater of recovery and relaunch of the excellence bells.
The eruption of taste event will pay particular attention to the peoples of the volcanic areas, through the tasting of typical products, but also and above all of beyond 400 types of wines from Campania companies, as well as operating on volcanic territories of Calabria and Sicily.

Main focus will be eco -sustainability, in compliance with which, absolute novelty, A container Restaurant will be set up – previously used for maritime transport – revisited to be energetically self -sufficient: a real environment-cucina in which all the processes relating to the preparation of the specialties of our culinary tradition proposed in taste can be observed.
It promises, so, a triumphant initiative, An unmissable opportunity to discover and rediscover the secrets and flavors of the volcanic lands, a village of taste through the paths of an invaluable museum scenario.
