| In the wake of the collaboration developed with other supply bodies and profit entities for the joint support of interventions in the South, the WITH THE SOUTH Foundation promotes a tender for the co-financing of initiatives aimed at social infrastructure in southern Italy. The regulation is aimed at funding bodies and non-profit entities who intend to start a collaboration process with the Foundation, to promote initiatives co-financed with entities not belonging to the regions in which the Foundation operates, producing on the one hand a "leverage" effect - determined by a greater influx of resources for social infrastructure projects in the South - on the other a positive exchange of experiences with other providing bodies. Eligible bodies The co-financing entities must be private, preferably not southern, who intend to start a common path of collaboration with the Foundation, in order to support or implement joint interventions in the South. MEASURE OF CONTRIBUTION The Foundation may make available up to a maximum of 50% of the overall financial resources foreseen for the co-financing interventions, supporting its implementation, in the norm, with a minimum contribution of € 100.000 and up to a maximum of € 500.000. WHAT IS POSSIBLE’ FARE The co-financed initiatives are classified into three types: Announcements/Invitations developed jointly with other funding bodies on topics of common interest; Project shelf: co-financing of projects received in response to the various tenders and initiatives promoted by the Foundation, evaluated positively but not financed due to lack of funds; Projects proposed by Third Sector entities and supported at least at 50% by one or more funding bodies or projects to be identified jointly with the co-financing body. They will be, apart from exceptional cases, supported initiatives that: provide for the implementation of the interventions, consistent with the mission of the Foundation, in the territories of one or more Regions of Southern Italy;are carried out by non-profit organizations belonging to the world of the Third Sector with registered office (the operative) in the Southern Regions, in partnership with other entities;involve the contribution of resources from private entities preferably not belonging to the regions in which the Foundation operates;do not represent the articulation of a national project in the South. Given its experimental nature, the implementation of this line of intervention will be subjected to evaluation by the Foundation's bodies on a six-monthly basis |
