Next Monday 2 March 2026 will be held in Naples on Kick Off Meeting project Balkans Learn for Opportunities in Organic and Sustainable Markets (BLOOM.25).
The meeting represents a fundamental moment for the official launch of the project and to encourage collaboration between all the partners involved.
The day will begin with a welcome to the participants and the presentation of the agenda, followed by a moment of presentation of the partners, which will allow you to learn about the organizations involved and their respective areas of expertise.
The central part of the meeting will be dedicated to project management, with a general introduction to the project itself and its different phases, followed by the presentation of the planning document, with the definition of roles, of the tasks and responsibilities of the partners.
After the lunch break, the meeting will continue with the discussion on budget, on reporting methods and agreements between partners. They will also be illustrated quality assurance plan, to ensure effective monitoring of activities, and the communication plan, prepared by AIT, to coordinate the strategies for disseminating the results.
In the end, they will face each other risk management plan and i next steps, with the aim of defining a clear path for the development of future project activities. The meeting therefore represents a strategic moment to align all partners, share the objectives and successfully launch the activities envisaged by the BLOOM.25 project.
