The Childcare Operator is involved in the care and entertainment activities aimed at children and families, in residential and semi-residential structures (community for minors, holiday stays, hospital departments), socio-educational services and interventions for children and families (territorial educational and recreational services for free time, recreational and aggregation centers, summer free time entertainment), socio-educational services for early childhood. Carries out parenting support activities: interventions with/for families in schools and services or directly in the area. The Childcare Operator collaborates in the planning and implementation activities – especially in support of the figure of the educator – of cultural initiatives, recreational and expressive activities aimed at socialization, to the development of creative and relational skills and the development of the child's growth potential.
