| Public notice of open procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement, pursuant to art.59 of Legislative Decree. 36/2023 for the assignment of the design service, take care of it, organization, artistic direction and creation of thematic exhibitions on “Pop Art” at the cultural space “The Vaccheria”, The Municipality of Rome lasts 9 EUR for a triennial period Territory of intervention: Cultural space “The Vaccheria” – Rome Municipality 9 EUR Direct recipients: The direct recipients of the Public Notice are the recipients of confiscated assets Proposing Entities Requirements: – All organizations with a VAT number, established in accordance with law and operating in the artistic-exhibition sector; – In respect of whom there are no causes for exclusion referred to in the articles. 94 e 95 del D.Lgs. 36/2023; – Who have not incurred the disqualification case referred to in the art. 53, paragraph 16-ter, del D.Lgs. 165/2001; – That they are not in situations of conflict of interest, also potential, with the Public Administration; – Subscribers to the TUTTOGARE platform (https://romacapitale.tuttogare.it), essential requirement to ensure transparency and compliance with public procurement rules Additional requirements: With the same project proposal, priority is given to: – Economic operators operating in the territory of the Municipality or Province of Rome; – In particular, to the Associations that collaborate with the Neighborhood Committees of the Rome IX EUR Municipality Type of interventions: – Concept and design – Organization and artistic direction – Operational implementation Eligible expenses: there is no explicit distinction between “eligible expenses” e “ineligible expenses”, since the notice does not have the nature of a contribution/grant announcement, but it is a service assignment procedure pursuant to art. 59 del D.Lgs. 36/2023 (Public contracts code). |
