Erasmus project + “Re-Al”: collaborate to grow.

The first meeting of the partners marks the start of the project

The first meeting between the partners of Project Erasmus + “Re-Al” successfully ended, marking an important step forward towards achieving our goals.

The partnership is a transnational alliance of three organizations from Portugal (Didactic Hemisphere Unipessoal Lda), Estonia (Rrinova OÜ ) and Italy (ADIM Srl).

The project has the general objective of improve AI literacy and digital skills among low-skilled adults, easing their transition to remote and hybrid work environments.

The meeting represented a fundamental moment for sharing common goals, the presentation of their respective roles and skills, and planning of the operational bases of the project.

 Here is a summary of the main topics discussed:

  • Presentation of the Partners and official description of the project to all participants.
  • Discussion of roles, of the tasks and responsibilities of each partner.
  • Identification of communication procedures, documentation and decision making.
  • Detailed planning of project implementation.
  • Risk management assessment, of inclusiveness and eco-compatible practices.
  • Definition of deadlines, indicators and expected results.

The meeting ended in a positive and participatory atmosphere, with the achievement of all expected objectives: the knowledge between the participants consolidated the sense of collaboration and mutual trust and the definition and sharing of common objectives gave a precise direction to follow in the coming months.

The meeting confirmed everyone's desire to continue with enthusiasm and a spirit of cooperation, for effective and long-lasting collaboration.

We get ready, Therefore, to enter the subsequent phases of the project with a clear vision of the objectives to be achieved.
