Il 10 July 2026 it took place online, via the Zoom platform, a new transnational meeting of the project Re-AI – Remote Work and Artificial Intelligence, co-financed by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union.
The meeting allowed the partners to check the progress of the activities, review training modules and plan the next steps of the project, with particular attention to international training, the creation of a digital library of resources and dissemination activities.
What is Re-AI?
Low-skilled adults face significant difficulties in adapting to an increasingly digital labor market, especially in remote and hybrid work contexts. Limited knowledge of artificial intelligence and a lack of basic digital skills can reduce employment and professional growth opportunities.
The project Re-AI – code 2025-1-PT01-KA210-VET-000355303 – was created to respond to these needs. Its goal is to improve AI literacy and strengthen the digital skills of low-skilled adults, helping them to deal with the transition to remote and hybrid working methods with greater awareness and effectiveness.
Project activities have been taking place since September 2025 in February 2027.
Review of training modules
During the meeting, the partners examined the training modules developed within the project. The contents were assessed as adequate overall, relevant and consistent with the objectives of Re-AI.
However, some changes necessary to improve the quality and graphic uniformity of the materials have been identified. In particular, partners will work for:
- standardize fonts and their sizes across all presentations;
- maintain a consistent graphic style between the different slides;
- insert the project logo and the one relating to the European Union co-financing into each slide;
- fix some small formatting issues.
All partners will also carry out a further review of the contents, with the aim of avoiding any repetitions or overlaps between the different modules.
A shared library of resources
Another important topic addressed during the meeting was the creation of a Resource Library, a common digital library that will collect useful materials for studying the topics covered during the training course.
Each partner organization will contribute to the library by inserting videos, articles, guide, educational materials and other useful references. The resources may be available both in English and in the national languages of the countries involved, in order to make them more accessible to different target groups.
For this purpose, a shared table will be created in which each partner can insert links to the selected materials.
International training in Italy
The partners also discussed the organization of the international training mobility planned in Italy.
Communication and dissemination
During the meeting, the next communication activities of the project were also planned.
The new Re-AI newsletter will be prepared between the end of August and the beginning of September and will be disseminated by all partners through their respective communication channels.
Particular attention will be paid to the collection and preservation of evidence of dissemination activities, come email, PDF documents and screenshots of publications. The newsletter will also be shared in an editable format via Canva, so as to allow each partner to translate and adapt it to their own national language.
The next steps of the project
At the end of the meeting, the partners have agreed on the main activities to be carried out in the coming months:
- complete the graphic review of the training modules;
- expand the Resource Library;
- verify the overall coherence of the contents;
- continue the development of the training platform;
- organize a new meeting in the first week of September;
- confirm the definitive dates of the international training by August.
The meeting of the 10 July represented a further step forward in the development of accessible and quality training tools, capable of supporting low-skilled adults in acquiring the digital skills and knowledge of artificial intelligence necessary to face new working contexts.
