| The call is aimed at assigning contributions for the cultural promotion of the year 2026, in support of authoritative projects that favor the construction of widespread knowledge and the pursuit of adequate social cohesion in the Campania region. Dissemination initiatives aimed at spreading culture are a priority, philosophical thought, historical, artistic and scientific, with particular attention to relevant cultural anniversaries of 2026. Territory of intervention: Campania region. Direct recipients: The direct recipients are Associations, Foundations and institutions of high culture, non-profit, with headquarters in Campania and statutory purposes of cultural promotion. Proposing Entities Requirements: Associations and Foundations registered in the regional register referred to in art. 6 of the L.R. 7/2003;High Culture Institutions registered in the special section of the Register referred to in art. 7 of the L.R. 7/2003; Associations and Foundations NOT registered in the Register, provided they meet the following requirements: have among their prevalent statutory purposes the promotion of culture in the Campania region;have already carried out cultural activities eligible for the contribution;have their registered office in Campania and are non-profit. Additional requirements: In addition to statutory and territorial requirements, the proposing subjects must: ensure the co-financing of at least the 50% of the cost of the project; possess digital identity (SPID/CIE/CNS) and electronic signature for electronic submission; indicate a PEC for communications; and not having already obtained other regional contributions for the same initiative in 2026. Type of interventions: Festival, reviews, exhibition events and cultural initiatives;Conferences, seminars, meetings and dissemination events relating to research and studies relating to cultural heritage and activities;Painting exhibitions, sculpture and photography. Eligible expenses: Expenses charged to the beneficiary and referring to activities carried out between 1 January and 31 December 2026; Closely related to the project and consistent with the planned activities; Trackable payments (wire transfer, Ri.BA., bulletin, check, card headed to the beneficiary); Valid and receipted tax documentation; VAT admissible only if definitively paid by the beneficiary (not recoverable). Ineligible expenses: Purchase of durable capital goods (PC, hardware, equipment for ordinary activities); Investments in general and purchase of real estate; Purchases on e-commerce sites; Lactating, criminal sanctions, late payment interest; Liberality, donations, freebies (except promotional gadgets functional to the project); Costs of compliance with legal obligations and financial charges; Ordinary/extraordinary maintenance of properties and restorations; Membership fees, registrations in registers, magazine subscriptions; Expenses not receipted or without valid tax documentation; Contributions in kind (es. unpaid voluntary work); Services by financing entities or in a situation of co-interest; Proforma invoices or expense titles not valid for tax purposes; Non-speaking receipts or ones issued by supermarkets/food shops; Expenses for retail or wholesale food purchases. Resources available: The available resources amount to 2 million euros from the regional budget 2026, divided between ordinary contributions, special and extraordinary for cultural events.
