| Expressions of interest must be received no later than 23 April 2026 at 12:00 Public Notice aimed at acquiring expressions of interest in participating in the consultation table for the start of a process of continuous extraordinary opening of confiscated municipal property to the entire city territory. Territory of intervention: municipal territory of Naples Direct recipients: The direct recipients of the Public Notice are the recipients of confiscated assets Proposing Entities Requirements: Already be the recipients of confiscated municipal property; Having already stipulated the agreement with the Municipality which regulates mutual rights and obligations; Have already started the activities covered by the assignment or are about to start them. Additional requirements: Associations, social cooperatives, Third Sector entities, social enterprises or other legal entities that have obtained assignment of an asset confiscated by the Municipality of Naples; Subjects who have formalized the legal relationship with the Organization through an agreement; Subjects operating or in the process of starting operations on the assigned asset. Type of interventions: Direct operational interventions: Open Day in confiscated assets: extraordinary and continuous opening to the public of individual confiscated properties already assigned, with activities to be carried out on dates between 16 and the 22 maggio 2026; Collective final event: public demonstration on 23 maggio 2026 in Piazza Municipio, on the occasion of the Day in memory of the Capaci massacre; On-site valorization activities: initiatives to be co-planned in the consultation table (guided tours, exhibitions, thematic meetings, laboratories, presentations of social projects, ecc.), to be defined based on the specifics of each asset and the activities already started by the assignees. Process interventions and governance: Consultation table: moment of co-planning between the Municipality and the assignees to agree on the methods, calendars and contents of extraordinary openings; Giving back to the community: actions aimed at strengthening the culture of legality, of social justice and solidarity, in line with the purposes of the Law 109/1996 and the municipal regulation on confiscated assets; Communication and awareness raising: dissemination of the results achieved among citizens 30 years of social reuse of confiscated assets.
