| The new Sustainable Investments Call 2026 promoted by MIMIT supports technological transformation, digital and ecological PMI of the South. The benefit finances projects consistent with the Transition plan 4.0, the circular economy and energy efficiency. Businesses can get up to 75% of facilitation on the admitted costs, divided between Lost a contribution (35%) e subsidized financing (40%) at zero interest. The remainder 25% of the investment program must be covered by the company with its own resources or through external financing without any public support Minimum investment 750 thousand euros Maximum investment 5 million euros Maximum investment less than 70% of turnover of the last approved and filed financial statement. Concessionary Financing: The subsidized loan must be repaid by the beneficiary company without interest starting from the date of disbursement of the last installment of the benefits, according to a repayment plan in constant six-monthly deferred installments expiring on 31 May and the 30 November of each year, in a period of maximum duration of 7 (set) years. In the event that the aforementioned date of disbursement of the last balance installment falls within 30 (thirty) days before the deadline 31 May or 30 November, the first installment of the repayment plan starts from the first subsequent deadline. The subsidized loan is not supported by particular forms of guarantee, it being understood that the credits arising from the repetition of the benefits provided are, Anyway, assisted by privilege pursuant to the article 24, comma 33, of the law 27 December 1997, n. 449. ELIGIBLE INVESTMENTS: Programs that involve innovative investments are eligible, sustainable and with high technological content, consistent with the Transition plan 4.0 (es. artificial intelligence, robotics, cloud, IoT). In particular, expenses are subsidized: – Machinery, plants and equipment strictly functional to the production cycle. – Masonry works, within the limit of 40% of the total eligible costs. – Computer programs and licenses related to tangible assets. – Acquisition of environmental certifications. – Consulting services specialist on enabling technologies (within the limit of 5%) and for energy diagnosis (within the limit of 3%). Please note: Means of transport are excluded, used goods, the purchase of land or buildings, operating expenses and expenditure titles of an amount less than 500 euro (VAT excluded). Investment programs must be initiated following the submission of the application and provide for a completion deadline no later than 18 months from the date of adoption of the measure granting the benefits. OPERATION: – Evaluation desk procedure: Applications will be assessed based on a one-stop procedure; in case of insufficient resources on the day the funds run out, a ranking will be drawn up based on the merit of the project. – Reward scores: Companies that own the legality rating o to certification of gender equality will benefit from an additional score during the evaluation of the application. – Monitoring and delivery: The disbursement takes place in a maximum of three states of work progress (SAL) for the amount of at least the 25% of the investment |
